They advertised that they would express her anal glands but neglected to do that. I was given some story that they only express anal glands on "the outside of the anus"! I agree with all the great reviews for Cuddles On Call! Megan and Justin did a wonderful job and I…read morewasn't worried about the medicine that my cat has to have twice a day; they were happy to do so, 12 hours apart -- and they are skilled at giving meds in general. They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! If I still had dogs, I would also hire them in a heartbeat! Carroll H. PS Sorry it took me so long to post this, guys!
