I've also seen the amount of work being put into training, cleaning, structure, and communication. They also continue to work alongside local rescues and receive referrals from them. No kennel or training environment is perfect, and dogs can absolutely experience stress, weight changes, stomach issues, or adjustment periods during boarding and training. These things can happen in many types of facilities, especially in environments involving routine changes, increased activity, and time away from home. I also think there is a difference between poor communication, unmet expectations, business disputes, and actual abuse. That is a very serious accusation and I believe it's important for people to look at the full picture, ask questions, tour facilities, and make decisions based on direct observation and their own experience rather than assuming everything written online is automatically proven fact. I appreciate seeing the effort toward transparency, education, and continued improvement.

My dog was originally scheduled to be picked up on January 4, but after I attempted to cancel and request a refund, I never received a clear confirmation of cancellation. When I followed up, Christian did not respond to me for nearly a month. Despite this lack of communication, they continued to describe themselves as highly qualified and professional, but their actions do not reflect that. What ultimately made me decide to cancel was a video I saw of a trainer yanking a very small dog and forcefully making the dog sit. It was extremely upsetting to watch, and I do not want my dog exposed to any training methods that could cause fear, stress, or trauma. Additionally, their waiver contains several serious concerns. It appears to be written in a way that removes almost all responsibility from them, including statements that they cannot be held liable even in extreme situations. It also suggests that a dog could become aggressive after training, which raises major concerns about the methods being used and whether dogs are being trained through fear or intimidation. Another major issue is their deposit policy. Once you pay any amount toward a deposit, it seems you will not get it back, even if services are not provided as expected. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to provide proper documentation makes this business feel shady and untrustworthy. For these reasons, I strongly feel the Better Business Bureau (BBB) should be made aware and investigate this company. Also their actual website and app shows that they were permanently closed, which is kind of shady because they started getting multiple bad reviews with the similar situation and all of a sudden it said they were permanently closed. It's crazy how nowadays people just take your money and rob you claiming to be businesses and professionals. By the way, I still haven't gotten any text back from them. Neither have I gotten any type of confirmation of cancellation. My dog was supposed to get picked up January 5 that never happened.

Adam came to our home to help with our three year old that we adopted in January. We don't have…read moremany people over so Luda was overstimulated at having a visitor. Adam quietly took a seat and allowed Luda to respond as he naturally would. When he had seen enough to evaluate, he gently took hold of his collar and corrected him. I've never seen Luda's butt hit a floor so fast. He was great about showing us how to correctly correct Luda's behavior, and gave us the priceless advice of not raising our voice, and explaining what the dog was thinking as well and how to use that to get him to behave properly. It was well worth the money, Adam showed up on time, and we'll be using him again when we've implemented his suggestions so that Luda responds without question. He is already SO much better!
