We received him back cut EXTREMELY low (which they always go too low hence why we called and requested it) the receptionist was horrible. No compassion no empathy and actually quite rude. We asked is there a way we can at least get a discount on our next service being that we've been loyal customers and the cut was not right. "We don't do that here" I suggest to my mom we may have to get another groomer and she stated "well, whatever that's fine and hung up the phone" I wasn't even talking to her... customer service is rude and the quality of work is a representation of the people that work there.

My sister visited your store on 8/8 to have her French bulldog groomed. She typically does it…read moreherself but since our dog recently had puppies she thought it would be better to schedule an appointment so that she could be pampered. Upon arrival she was questioned about her weight and she explained that she was underweight because she recently underweight due to giving birth and nursing. She explained that she had been feeding her puppy food for extra calories as well as a calcium supplement. She was then asked for vaccine records which she showed. Immediately after leaving she was asked to send a picture to Shannon's personal number via text. Shannon asked for this so that she could access my sisters address for a report to animal control. This is incredibly deceptive and a misuse of resources. We buy dog food from you at least once a month sometimes twice month and have been doing so for the last year at least. She bought additional food while she was in the store and took advice on how to help Daisy gain her weight back. Shannon saw that Daisy was seen regularly by the vet because her vaccines are up to date. And instead of taking all of those things into consideration Shannon took it upon herself to LIE to a customer and then call animal control on her. I'm genuinely appalled and disappointed in this behavior. For one Shannon is not a medical professional, and can not determine that Daisy is experiencing any kind of neglect and then she went out of her way to lie. My sister trusted the expertise exhibited here and has built what she thought was a trusting relationship with this staff only to be taken advantage of. This is a fireable offense, there's no way around it and no other way to remedy it. I'm sure Shannon has done this several times in the past in an attempt to be a hero and that in itself is extremely problematic. Below I will attach our receipt from that day, the exchange between my sister and Shannon, and our history of purchases at the location. We have already reached out by phone have not heard back from the manager or owner, as well as by email. I will also be cross posting to Yelp.

After we got off work on Friday I thoroughly checked her over and realized all 4 paws plus her face had severe clipper burn. They were closed before I could call so I had to wait until Monday morning. She's a standard poodle that's 2 years old and gets groomed regularly (every 4-6 weeks) so shes used to the shaved feet and face. The burns are from shaving too short with a hot razor as this has only happened 1 other time that we had her properly evaluated at a vet for. We did get a full refund after she accused her of just having sensitive skin. This is just unbelievable coming from a business that claims to specialize in poodles.

They've changed their name, but it's exactly the same company. I now have to go to court to recoup…read morethe 3500.00 I am out. We took two found dogs there due to anti-social and aggressive behaviors. It was clear they had experienced trauma prior to us finding them. Amber assured us she had "A LOT of experience" with aggressive dogs and has tattoos covering bites to prove it. One dog was signed up for weekly classes that should have been an hour long. The other went for FOUR WEEKS/8 hours a day. First off, no one is there at 8AM for drop off, so maybe they should say 8:30, but our dog was left with a person who admitted she had no experience with aggressive dogs. Amber didn't want to work with him because he didn't like her. He doesn't like anybody, thus the reason he was there. I am pretty sure he spent most of his day in a cage. He didn't learn a single command in FOUR WEEKS/8 HOURS a day! He is just as aggressive as he was. With the other dog we brought in, she never spent more than 24 minutes with him, (yes, I timed the visits) and all she did was toss treats at him and tried to muzzle train him. We drove 90 minutes round trip twice a day for a month for the one dog, then another month with the other for his sessions and he had NO TRAINING. She just wanted him on meds, which didn't work. They can remove my reviews, but I will keep posting to warn others so they don't waste their time and money!

I took my dog for a 4 week stay and train and not even 19 hours later received a phone call from my best friend (not even the business owner) stating that my dog was injured from a dog attack and had to take him to the vet. He died of his injuries from the dog attack a couple of days later. I don't appreciate my review being taken down because the general public has a right to know.
