He followed and stayed with the staff in the playroom all the time. I can tell he got tons of pet from her. I am also really impressed with the transfer process. Since my dogs go to our local Dogtopia very often, I request a information transfer so that I do not need to go through the entire initial evaluation. These inconsistencies created confusion and concern regarding the accuracy of incident reporting, staff supervision, and the overall handling of my pet. Communications frequently came across as defensive and dismissive of my concerns rather than providing clear, professional, and collaborative updates. I am concerned my dog was unfairly labeled as aggressive while staff simultaneously acknowledged he was placed in overstimulating and crowded environments without access to calmer accommodations. After speaking with her briefly, it was evident that she was very knowledgeable based on the questions she asked about the behavior and temperament of our Dog. After discussing some of his behaviors, she offered many training suggestions for him that she would be able to provide during boarding for an additional fee. We never really considered the aspect of training our Dog professionally however, after hearing her explain as to how she could help, we agreed to board him for a few additional days to work on heel, stay and his overall anxiety. After his time spent with her, we immediately felt as if he was a different Dog. She met us on the last day of training and walked us through in detail, everything that she discussed so that we could continue his work at home. She even offered additional lessons at no charge for further maintenance! We would highly recommend Ariel at Midgard K9 Solutions to anyone looking for a boarding solution or any scale of training for their dog. Her prices were reasonable, and we felt as if the level of service received was nothing short of exemplary!

It is an indoor pool, but it's loud and limited seating to watch my kids swim. One treadmill, one bike, and one weight machine make up the gym. The doors coming in say mask required (thanks covid), yet not even all the employees are wearing them. Checked in around 5:30 pm. The halls to our room were filled with dirty linens and trash bags the staff hadn't removed yet. I'll figure it's due to labor shortage that's impact everyone. Glad to be staying just one night. Next year when we make this drive, this won't be our mid drive stopping point.
