They leave the dogs sitting on the grooming table for half an hour or more while being ignored in favor of the groomers' phone. We were getting two dogs groomed at different times, so when my daughter was told the first one would be ready soon as she dropped the second one off, so she decided to wait. She watched for 20 minutes and witnessed all of the above happen to our dogs. She called me distressed and so I drove over. When I arrived more than 15 minutes later, the dogs were still in the same situations: one in a kennel shivering with box fans blowing on him, and the other on the table, shaking and ignored while the groomer was on her phone. The groomer became irate when she discovered I was there. I don't think she liked anyone seeing and questioning her methods. I was never rude and never even so much as raised my voice. She became angry and shoved my dog at me by her scruff and told me to leave. My daughter took the other dog as well. Although I don't believe she deserved it, we paid and left. I will never use this groomer again. I would recommend no one use them, but if you do decide to chance it, I suggest you drop in unexpectedly and take a peek at what's happening and see how you feel about it.

Absolutely no! Ronni Lavine once cared about her patients and was a respected veterinarian but it's…read moretime for her to retire. She's so obsessed with not catching covid that she let her practice slide. I took one of my senior cats to her in 2019 and she barely examined him and just said, he's a very old cat. He was 14 at the time. He wasn't eating... I took him home and cared for him myself. He's doing well at almost 16 yrs of age. In December 2019 my lab developed a growth on his shoulder. We waited an hour in the van to be seen. They took him in and he was back out in five minutes. I was shocked. What did they do? Did they X-ray?! The tech couldn't tell me but surgery was scheduled. He had the surgery a couple weeks later and then developed breathing problems. Ronny thought it was inflammation from the surgery. She prescribed theophylline and Cipro. He had a massive seizure with his first dose. She prescribed drugs that were contraindicated and known to cause seizures. I brought her to him that evening and she was absolutely horrible. Cruel, callous and selfish. All she wanted to do was go home. He spent over a week in the emergency hospital (covered by her malpractice insurance... ) - seizures wouldn't stop unless he was highly sedated. The ER vets did a chest X-ray after a week. He had a growth (cancer) throughout his chest. She hadn't X-rayed him to see how widespread his cancer was in December. I had to say goodbye to my 9 year old companion. My heart breaks every day missing my Shiloh. Later I found out several people in the past few years had also lost their beloved animals due to this vet's callous indifference and negligence. Hopefully she retires soon.
