Unfortunately I can't recommend this business, we had 2 doodles that were groomed a few times with…read moreGraham's. They did a great job on our larger doodle, not great with the smaller dog. The woman who groomed them was not friendly, I would describe her as standoff-ish. This was fine, I don't expect someone providing a service to be cordial or friendly but it certainly helps. The main issue occurred at their last grooming - where the woman told us she would not be able to groom our smaller dog anymore unless we drugged him. He is a senior dog who's very nervous around groomers and he peed while she groomed him. If you're a dog groomer, you have to expect this will happen. You're taking care of dogs. I couldn't believe that was her recommendation. Obviously we stopped services immediately with this company. I would caution anyone from using Graham's. Additionally, it was prohibitively expensive, at almost $500 per groom for two dogs.

I repeat do not take your pets to Wagsville Doggie Spa…read more My dogs have gone here and had a great experience in the past with Philly, dog groomer. Philly is no longer working at grooming facility. I was at Cross Creek Animal Hospital on today at 11:30. My vet suggested that I contact Wagsville dog spa to verify it would be fine to get the dog groomed on tomorrow due to dog getting Microchipped on today. Wagsville did not answer. So I called back while being in the Vets office. Michael the owner was extremely rude and told me he was discharging my dogs because I called back to back. He was rude and unprofessional. Do not take your pets here. You will not be treated with respect and dignity . Cross creek Vets office was surpised that a business treats customer rudely and honestly so was i.

So, I was so hopeful for a better updated rating of this business, but unfortunately, it's not and…read moresorry to say, but this falls on yall. It was your decision to decline services to my mom today even though she was not the one who gave yall the bad rating..it was me! She shouldn't face the consequences of my doings, but since yall want to be petty, instead of yall trying to make amends on the unfortunate last visit, let's do this again. "My mom" walked in today to give yall more business, and she said that upon walking in, she could feel the tension in the air from one of the receptionists. My mom did not even know that I had even posted the last review, so she was wondering why there was tension from one of the girls. The new receptionist, which was nice, preceded to wait on my mom and once pulling my mom's chart, he said that there was a note on "Her" file, not to see her pets anymore. Now keep in mind.. "I" posted the review... NOT MY MOM. She knew nothing about the review! Also, keep in mind that my mom has been a client of this business for many many years, since Dr. Baird owned the business. The other receptionist who had acted off told my mom that they would no longer be seeing her pets because of the review she posted & that she practically called the doctor a liar, & theres another vets office down the road that you can use. My mom said I haven't posted a review, and much less, I don't even have a Facebook. The receptionist then said well u need to talk to your daughter." So tell me this..what's the difference in my mom calling him a liar when yall called my mom a liar..?? Plz tell me! My mom doesn't lie, and she will be the last person to ever lie about something. Accidents happen, and we understand that, but don't try to push it off on my mom as a liar just because yall messed up not once but twice on the bill. First, for billing her another clients bill, then having to go back to fix that, to having to go back again and fix the bill bc you overcharged! Then call her a liar bc she said her cat only got one shot, but yall charged her for 2! Even the doctors response to her saying the cat only got one shot is --- "Alot of people come in here and say that"-- so if lots of people are saying that..then whats really going on?!! Do u expect her not to say anything?? Wouldn't you?? And then you take the review that i posted and put it on her when it was my doing. Im 37 years old and have my own animals. Take it up with me..not her! You got my number. Anyways..yall better pay attention to your bills! Smh... some kind of business lol they would rather run you off than admit to a mistake and try to make things right. So here's you another review! I attached a screenshot of my last review..

They claimed it was not up to date, but it seems they did not get that September comes before October as this would make it up to date, and they refused the appointment. Constantly repeating the phone number was aggravating. Seems by the time they got the first 2 numbers entered they forgot the rest. This was a first for me dealing with such short term memory loss they could not get past 2 or 3 numbers before forgetting, and having to repeating over and over for more then 10 minutes. What is the point of having a profile if I have to bing paperwork every time! Also our first time over a year ago we did bring paperwork and a rabies tag that were promptly lost and cost us a fee to get replaced.
