I'm super surprised by the negative reviews here and cannot believe we are talking about the same place. Our dog Crockett, who can be a handful, is always excited to go to WMW when we drop him off. All of the staff snuggles him right up when we bring him in. When we suffered the loss of one of our pets this year, the staff at WMW grieved with us. Additionally, when we call with last minute requests, or have to leave our pet another day, they always do their best to squeeze us in. They leave the dogs sitting on the grooming table for half an hour or more while being ignored in favor of the groomers' phone. We were getting two dogs groomed at different times, so when my daughter was told the first one would be ready soon as she dropped the second one off, so she decided to wait. She watched for 20 minutes and witnessed all of the above happen to our dogs. She called me distressed and so I drove over. When I arrived more than 15 minutes later, the dogs were still in the same situations: one in a kennel shivering with box fans blowing on him, and the other on the table, shaking and ignored while the groomer was on her phone. The groomer became irate when she discovered I was there. I don't think she liked anyone seeing and questioning her methods. I was never rude and never even so much as raised my voice. She became angry and shoved my dog at me by her scruff and told me to leave. My daughter took the other dog as well. Although I don't believe she deserved it, we paid and left. I will never use this groomer again. I would recommend no one use them, but if you do decide to chance it, I suggest you drop in unexpectedly and take a peek at what's happening and see how you feel about it.

We have used this groomer twice and this past time will be the last. We dropped her off Thursday…read moremorning and picked her up that evening, I didn't have time to fully check her due to taking my Husband to the er. After we got off work on Friday I thoroughly checked her over and realized all 4 paws plus her face had severe clipper burn. They were closed before I could call so I had to wait until Monday morning. She's a standard poodle that's 2 years old and gets groomed regularly (every 4-6 weeks) so shes used to the shaved feet and face. The burns are from shaving too short with a hot razor as this has only happened 1 other time that we had her properly evaluated at a vet for. We did get a full refund after she accused her of just having sensitive skin. This is just unbelievable coming from a business that claims to specialize in poodles.
