Any special matters you have with your pet, they will listen; and, treat your animal with the utmost care. Their prices are very reasonable. My dog doesn't like to go into cages. They set up a time for me where they can get Charlie and take him right in to be groomed so he won't have to go in a cage to wait. I just can't tell you how kind they are to all of the animals in their care. They are loving and kind to the owners too. I look forward to the days when we have to get Charlie groomed. When they finish with Charlie, he is so beautiful! He is clean, his coat doesn't shed as much, his nails are cut, his ears are clean, his teeth are brushed, he smells heavenly, and best of all, his tail is wagging! If you want it, they'll put a bandanna on your pet with each grooming.
