He ended up chipping his nail so he needed them cut ASAP! I went into Cheryl's today to have his nails cut.I came in as a walk-in and was warmly greeted by employees. I explained my pup needed his nails cut and shared with them that I've had bad experiences at petsmart. They took him over to the table and trimmed his nails and checked his ears. They said petsmart also failed to clean/pluck his ears! So I asked them to go ahead and do so. I had a great experience, they seem to really care about the health and well-being of their furry customers. They also give ur pup a little treat bag at the end of their visit. They only charged me 10$! I will definitely be bringing my pup from now on!

I called to make an appointment only to be told that they do not take new clients that are older than 10 years old. Because my puppy has had a few more birthdays than some, he doesn't deserve the pampering? I am willing to bet that he is healthier than some other dogs much younger than him. I cried actual tears because I felt so bad. This is discrimination and ageism. So glad that this led me to another groomer that did a wonderful job on him.

They said she didn't have a good temperament and was a 2/10, but I took her to another groomer, and they cut ALL her nails in under 5 minutes. As well, on top of that she got groomed a couple of days ago and is already starting to smell, she's not an outside dog right now because she doesn't have all her shots, so she has no reason to smell at all, which makes me think they didn't bathe her. We asked is there a way we can at least get a discount on our next service being that we've been loyal customers and the cut was not right. "We don't do that here" I suggest to my mom we may have to get another groomer and she stated "well, whatever that's fine and hung up the phone" I wasn't even talking to her... customer service is rude and the quality of work is a representation of the people that work there.
