Our initial appointments with this vet were fine and the clinic nurses were kind and informed, for the most part. However, they charge $6 per prescription to send it to any outside pharmacies (ex. Chewy). Why am I going to pay you more for dog food that my pet needs, plus a fee for submitting a prescription. That to me is unacceptable and a way to get more money from the consumer. Also, the first appointment for new patients they charge at the time of scheduling. Which is something I've never dealt with before. I guess people bring their dogs in and don't pay. Not sure but that should've been a red flag. Plus the parking situation is not ideal here and the building is kind of run down. Overall, if you really need to see a vet for your pet, they will definitely take care of them but I wouldn't go to them for long term care

This is a wonderful facility with great, caring staff. We took our dog and cat here for 2 weeks…read moreover the Christmas holiday. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and will vomit bile if not fed 3 meals (2 small dinners). The staff didn't think twice about splitting his dinner (feeding at 4pm and again at 9pm) with NO extra charge! Every time I called to check on my pets the staff was very friendly and more than willing to chat about them. I also appreciate that they posted pictures of my VERY happy pets onto their FB page (our dog out with another dog that he played well with and our cat roaming around their cat room) When we came to pick up our pets not only did we receive happy health animals, but the staff also gave us goodie bags (dog treats and people treats) as well as hand made Christmas ornaments with our pets names on them! The price is very fair, with multiple discounts offered (military, police, teachers, and seniors). Including, stay 10 days and get 1 free, with that they count both pets days individually (i.e. 10 nights all together for 2 pets = 20 nights) also they gave us the "free" days at the higher price instead of taking off the cheaper ones. Overall we are very pleased with this facility and will definitely use them again!

We have used this groomer twice and this past time will be the last. After we got off work on Friday I thoroughly checked her over and realized all 4 paws plus her face had severe clipper burn. They were closed before I could call so I had to wait until Monday morning. She's a standard poodle that's 2 years old and gets groomed regularly (every 4-6 weeks) so shes used to the shaved feet and face. The burns are from shaving too short with a hot razor as this has only happened 1 other time that we had her properly evaluated at a vet for. We did get a full refund after she accused her of just having sensitive skin. This is just unbelievable coming from a business that claims to specialize in poodles.
