My mini Sheltie Jamie loves going to Daycare at Five Points Pet Resort in Vass. All of the staff are fabulous and so caring. He boarded for two weeks last year, and will be vacationing at the resort again this year. I couldn't ask for him to have better carers when away from home. I'm impressed by the choice of accommodation provided, and appreciate the webcams that let me check in on my fur-baby during the day. I won't be taking Jamie anywhere else. read more

AMAZING experience! We have not needed to board our dogs in the past and were very nervous about our first boarding experience, but WOW! My kids loved that we could use the webcam to actually SEE how happy they were at Five Points! Tails were always wagging and even when someone walked past their door, the dogs were acknowledged and spoken to. This boarding was a wonderful experience for us and for our Fur Babies! What a superb facility. They do it all. Boarding, day-care, grooming, etc. Best of all, the entire staff is caring and compassionate. They love on your dog or cat affectionately...just like you do. The staff clearly love their jobs and it shows. They interact with the dogs as if they were the owners...and the dogs reflect that love in their anxiousness to attend day-care and be with the staff. The best boarding facility I have ever used. The staff is absolutely amazing and show a genuine love for their guests. I have a 15 year old yorkie and he loves when he gets to go see his friends at five points! He gets so excited and always comes home looking healthy and happy. This is a wonderful facility with great, caring staff. We took our dog and cat here for 2 weeks over the Christmas holiday. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and will vomit bile if not fed 3 meals (2 small dinners). The staff didn't think twice about splitting his dinner (feeding at 4pm and again at 9pm) with NO extra charge! Every time I called to check on my pets the staff was very friendly and more than willing to chat about them. I also appreciate that they posted pictures of my VERY happy pets onto their FB page (our dog out with another dog that he played well with and our cat roaming around their cat room) When we came to pick up our pets not only did we receive happy health animals, but the staff also gave us goodie bags (dog treats and people treats) as well as hand made Christmas ornaments with our pets names on them! The price is very fair, with multiple discounts offered (military, police, teachers, and seniors). Including, stay 10 days and get 1 free, with that they count both pets days individually (i.e. 10 nights all together for 2 pets = 20 nights) also they gave us the "free" days at the higher price instead of taking off the cheaper ones. Overall we are very pleased with this facility and will definitely use them again! read more

They have kept my two boxers Nika and Jasper several times this time was for a week they dogs did great, they for a bath and nail trim the last day. I love the little report card they give you at the end of the stay this time I didn't see pictures posted to their Facebook page but they still get 5 stars and they are always very pleasant! read more

So grateful to have found such a wonderful place to care for my Boxer and Shih Tzu. The employees are animal lovers, informative, and kind. My favorite aspect of picking up my Boxer when I need to board him is receiving his report card. This gives me so much joy and peace of mind knowing the the caregiver took time to document his eating and bathroom habits, playtime, and special notes for good behavior. We love 5 Points! read more

Our dog stayed here twice. The first time we didn't have any issues probably because we didn't pay for social time (under old ownership.) This last time however, he came home with diarrhea and turns out he picked up worms. Not only that, under new ownership (Five Points Pet Resort) we weren't informed of new increased pricing until we picked him up. $59 to board him for 2 days w/social time and that's with a discount. (Never saw a photo of him on FB of him actually engaging in social time) When I called to inform them of my dog contracting worms from their facility, they thanked me for informing them but didn't do anything to try and make it right. I realize things like this happen when you board animals but $175 vet bill later and my dog feeling miserable makes me never want to risk taking my pet here again. read more

All three of our dogs came back with Kennel Cough despite being vaccinated. On top of that the women, whom we dealt with, was rude and incompetent. Then to add insult to injury they wanted to charge us $41.00 per dog to just bathe the animals. Find someplace else to board your pets. read more

I frequently board my German Sheppard and sometimes my parrot as well. I feel they are well taken care of and the dog seems to like it there. I would recommend it to everyone. read more
