She took our 4 month-old "spirited" Golden Retriever and was able to teach us how to bring him under control, change his behavior and help him mature. There was no punishments...only endless positive motivation with treats and high-pitched voices encouraging our pup to behave correctly, respond appropriately and stop being "annoying". Toni has a positive mannerism that teaches the owners how to motivate and encourage their dogs. The dogs respond well to her and subsequently to the owners. We were truly amazed at the remarkable changes in our Golden (and ourselves) after 4 lessons. Many claim to know how dogs think. Toni Lipscomb truly does understand dogs and knows how to "talk" to them where they respond in a very positive manner.

They also wanted to see how my baby was doing after her shots which is really nice from them. I just got a puppy and wanted to have a check, vaccines and deworming done. I called and they gave me a first day appointment. The employees are really nice and sweet. They all took really good care of my baby Ellie. They listened and acknowledged all my questions. They do not have enough staff right now so you have to wait on your car and it works like curbside. I didn't mind that, but since it was her first visit and she is so small I wanted to be present. I asked if I could go in and they were super nice and even allowed my 2 kids to go with me. Their prices are fair. Remember vet care/prevention isn't cheap but having a sick dog will be more expensive. Also, nothing like making sure you are doing the right thing for your dog. I am really grateful to the vet and vet technicians that worked on my little Ellie yesterday.
