Never have I ever been to a store that sells chicks. Tractor supply has just about all that you may need for gardening, bbq, fixing, mending, feeding, patching, growing, etc. Tractor supply is a one stop shop for the farm or pet owner. There is so much to see at TS. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that TS had a variety of chicks for sale. Chicks were very reasonably priced and they all looked healthy and clean. Overall a great place to spend an hour or two exploring products new and old. Happy Shopping Yeeps!!!

I enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply Company. It's a large retail chain with over 1800 locations in 49 states yet somehow manages to maintain the look and feel of a local independent store. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to enjoy their jobs which just makes me feel good about patronizing the business. TSC has broad product lines encompassing items from categories like agriculture, feed and seed, home improvement, live stock, pet care, equine, lawn and garden, farm and ranch, clothing, shoes and boots, hardware and much more. Prices are competitive with their competitors. Like many modern chain retailers, TSC offers a rewards program and online shopping in addition to good old fashioned brick and mortar stores. This large free standing building is crowded with products and displays inside and outside the store. Somehow this contributes to the local independent feeling I get when I visit this location. The large private parking lot means you will never have to worry about finding a parking spot. The lot is well maintained and always clear of debris on my visits.

Very friendly staff. Always greets you with a smile. Staff seeks you out to see if you have any questions or need assistance. Unlike box stores where the employees hide from their customers. Great prices on dog food and propane tank refills.

Right turn to the pet food

Stopped by just to take a look and found great prices on pet food, specifically for mans best friend. Now we're not farmers so I can't comment on anything outside of what is needed for a big yard...but what they did have for us city folks was pretty good. Purchase: Other than the dog food I got a yard flag for the home and a few other knick-knacks (well that's what my wife calls em). Service: Friendly and helpful staff that kept me on track with my list. Overall: Well, for not having a tractor at our home you might want to take this with a grain of salt but...I'm giving TS 4 Stars.

We were helped by a very tall employee, but I can't recall their name. They were extremely help, knowledgable, and friendly. They also were looking out for the critters as they were advising us some of the hamsters would be too big for the cage we got. I like how they asked questions and made sure we were ready before adopting this critter. Overall the store is a bit smaller than others, but it is clean and easy to navigate. The only issue I have really had so far was with their meal worms. The size that we need they never seem to have, and some were even in there for 2 months. Most of the containers had dead worms in them for that size. They say we could buy them heavily discounted, but our jumping spiders only go after them if they are alive.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend purchasing pets from this store…read more Today, my husband generously donated two large, healthy Oscar fish (which can grow up to 7 inches) because our tank at home was too small for them. While there, our 7-year-old son picked out three small glow fish, which we purchased at full price ($10 each)--no discount or credit was offered for the donation. We chose to support a local business, so we were happy to pay it forward. Unfortunately, within 30 minutes of introducing the new fish to our tank, they all died--despite proper acclimation. When my husband called the store to explain what happened and seek a possible resolution, he was told there was nothing they could do: no refund, no replacement, and no discussion of the fish we had donated just an hour earlier. The store simply cited a strict no-return policy. When I arrived home, our son was heartbroken and in tears. He had gone from feeling excited about his new fish to having none at all in the span of half an hour. This experience felt very disrespectful and dismissive, especially considering our goodwill donation. The customer service lacked empathy, and it's clear this business is not community-oriented. I will be sharing our experience with other local and military families so they can make an informed decision, NOT to shop here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Happy vibes here!…read more This is absolutely the place to go if you loving caring for your feathered (even furry squirrel) friends. Or if you prefer to keep the squirrels at bay and cater to the birds, they've got solutions for that too! I've been patronizing this store for many years and renew my $25 membership yearly. The membership is a great option if you shop regularly as it provides a discount every time you shop. With the amount I spend annually on bird food, it pays for itself in dividends. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and have fielded my questions about dealing with annoying starlings and black birds and what to offer my songbirds with the changing seasons. I also love that they stock thoughtful gifts like jewelry, cards, books, garden flags, bird baths and other decor. At the holidays, they have packages for anyone interested in starting a new birding hobby with tips and tricks. And once (or maybe twice) a year, they offer a feeder trade in event to get new, discounted feeders. Most of my dollars here are spent on the food, which is high quality (so don't expect to pay what you would for a bag of filler at Lowe's or Home Depot). That also means the birds don't throw most of it on the ground looking for the "good stuff." A 20# bag lasts me quite a long time in an air-tight container. I also enjoy picking out a couple of ornaments each year from their ever-changing selection. What's most valuable to me about WBU is that they have allowed me to spend more time outside in our backyard with my daughter, who at under 2 years, can already identify a cardinal, Carolina bluebird, finch, titmouse, chickadee, wren, sparrow and, yes, even a dreaded starling! The staff knows their stuff and they clearly love what they do!

Beyond the selection, the rates were competitive to what you can find at online retailers. First off, there was a store cat... who was a little aloof but open to pets. Off to a good start. We browsed the many seed and feeder options before telling one of the employees that my Dad loved feeding birds, but was at constant odds with the squirrels in his backyard We got a thorough rundown of the many squirrel deterrent options, and ended up walking away with a cute little feeder for the squirrels that would distract them away from the birdfeeders my Dad has all over his back yard. The employees were super chill and made the shopping experience very pleasant. They had a great many options for feeders of all shapes and sizes, some crazy contraptions for anti-squirrel bird feeders. They didn't hover or make it awkward when the sales pitch portion was done, and let us noodle on the purchase in peace. Very knowledgable, and also clearly run by animal lovers. Would definitely come back.

The staff was so patient and kind to a worried dog mom. Molly & I got set up for some private lessons and had our first one today. I really appreciated that the trainer, Emillie, recognized when Molly was stressed or nervous. She worked with us at Molly's pace, not mine. That made all the difference in how Molly got comfortable in the new environment. On the ride there she was antsy and scared in the car. On the way home she was relaxed and happy. That alone was a huge WIN on day one! I can't wait to see what comes with our next lessons. Check out their dog peanut butter (I had to buy more) and selection of treats (we took home some Valentine's Day dog cookies).

They were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Based on our observations, I would recommend zoom room for groups and group training. But unfortunately I wouldn't recommend private lessons. Our new rescue puppy did have some temperament issues and they said that private would be better place to start. The only training that was offered was click training. It's a very methodical approach that takes a lot of time and patience. The trainer was very well-versed in this method but the bottom line is that one type of traing doesn't fit all. This was the only method that was offered. They didn't give us the handouts in the beginning, which would've greatly assisted us assimilating the rules and expectations of click training. They gave it to us after three sessions and we paid for four 30 minute sessions. This sessions were conducted in the main room of the facility. Unfortunately, we could hear clicking sounds from people waiting for the next group lesson which totally threw off our dog's training and was an expensive waste of precious of time. So I would definitely not recommend private training at this facility - especially at $75 for 30 minutes! On a personal note, we eventually solved the problem by having our dog visit daycare on a regular basis. Our rescue puppy simply needed exposure to other dogs and a whole lot of TLC!

I've been to plenty of Targets--some chaotic, some lackluster--but this one? It's shockingly well-organized, rarely overcrowded, and somehow always has the seasonal items I didn't know I needed. The Highlights: Clean & Calm: The store is bright, spotless, and mercifully quiet--even on weekends. The lighting doesn't assault your senses, and the aisles are wide enough to avoid awkward cart traffic. Staff that Actually Smiles: The team here is consistently helpful, from electronics to self-checkout. I had a return and it was handled with zero attitude (Target angels do exist). Drive-Up Magic: The pickup crew deserves a raise. I've placed last-minute orders while still in pajamas, and my bags were in my trunk faster than you can say "Starbucks run." Starbucks Inside: Speaking of which--yes, there's a full-service Starbucks near the entrance, and they actually get mobile orders right. Pro tip: This location is not the one where everything is picked over the second the doors open. You'll find the cute mugs, the Magnolia home stuff, the limited-edition snacks... It's low-key a hidden gem for holiday shopping. Whether I'm grabbing essentials or emotionally spiraling through the $5 bin, this Target always delivers. It's my safe place, my productivity booster, and occasionally, my cat's favorite toy supplier. Target, Chesapeake: you understood the assignment.
