Sometimes they will go inside the store without me for a quick grab of food for their pets and or a quick look at the animals of course! When they are not with me, they are met with mostly rudeness and disrespect from the female workers. Gerald who is usually there during afternoon/evenings is the only one who shows them kindness and respect. He is also very sweet and knowledgeable, you can tell he cares about the Animals and likes working there.

HUGE MISTAKE! Within days of purchasing crickets from this place, both of my crested geckos are dead. They lived in separate terrariums next to each other, and were very different ages (9 y/o and around 1 y/o). All conditions were EXACTLY the same besides where I purchased the crickets from, and within 3-4 days, both of my healthy geckos were dead! Following this incident, my mother and I called the store and the initial woman who picked up directed me to the owner, Jeff, who immediately gave extreme attitude and disregarded our concerns. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy insects for their beloved reptiles from this establishment. With heavy hearts, RIP Shawn and Shawna. The membership is a great option if you shop regularly as it provides a discount every time you shop. With the amount I spend annually on bird food, it pays for itself in dividends. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and have fielded my questions about dealing with annoying starlings and black birds and what to offer my songbirds with the changing seasons. I also love that they stock thoughtful gifts like jewelry, cards, books, garden flags, bird baths and other decor. At the holidays, they have packages for anyone interested in starting a new birding hobby with tips and tricks. And once (or maybe twice) a year, they offer a feeder trade in event to get new, discounted feeders. Most of my dollars here are spent on the food, which is high quality (so don't expect to pay what you would for a bag of filler at Lowe's or Home Depot). That also means the birds don't throw most of it on the ground looking for the "good stuff." A 20# bag lasts me quite a long time in an air-tight container. The staff was so patient and kind to a worried dog mom. Molly & I got set up for some private lessons and had our first one today. I really appreciated that the trainer, Emillie, recognized when Molly was stressed or nervous. She worked with us at Molly's pace, not mine. That made all the difference in how Molly got comfortable in the new environment. On the ride there she was antsy and scared in the car. On the way home she was relaxed and happy. That alone was a huge WIN on day one! I can't wait to see what comes with our next lessons. Check out their dog peanut butter (I had to buy more) and selection of treats (we took home some Valentine's Day dog cookies).

They were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Based on our observations, I would recommend zoom room for groups and group training. But unfortunately I wouldn't recommend private lessons. Our new rescue puppy did have some temperament issues and they said that private would be better place to start. The only training that was offered was click training. It's a very methodical approach that takes a lot of time and patience. The trainer was very well-versed in this method but the bottom line is that one type of traing doesn't fit all. This was the only method that was offered. They didn't give us the handouts in the beginning, which would've greatly assisted us assimilating the rules and expectations of click training. They gave it to us after three sessions and we paid for four 30 minute sessions. This sessions were conducted in the main room of the facility. Unfortunately, we could hear clicking sounds from people waiting for the next group lesson which totally threw off our dog's training and was an expensive waste of precious of time. So I would definitely not recommend private training at this facility - especially at $75 for 30 minutes! On a personal note, we eventually solved the problem by having our dog visit daycare on a regular basis. Our rescue puppy simply needed exposure to other dogs and a whole lot of TLC!

I snagged a 7pm appointment, love love love their wide range of hours. We booked the Bath & Brush service which includes bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, paw & pad trim, sanitary trim, and anal gland cleaning. That was $22. We upgraded to the Luxury Package which included all I already mentioned plus customized Hempz shampoo & conditioner, teeth brushing & breath freshener, face wash, paw & nose butter, cologne spritz and a bow. That was an additional $35. So our total was $57 and it was worth it. Our fur baby got the best treatment from Ms Ashleigh and we will be returning soon. P.S I didn't have cash to tip so I was able to tip our stylist via cash app which was extremely convenient
