Despite the signs claiming the showers were "clean," the reality was stomach-turning. * The Drains: Every single shower was clogged with dark, wet dog hair. * The Blowers: The dryers were covered in layers of old dog hair. As soon as I turned them on to dry my dog, hair started blowing everywhere--all over my neck, face, and clothes. * Management Failure: I personally spoke to the store manager about this exact issue several months ago. He thanked me for the feedback, yet clearly, nothing has changed. My Goldendoodle doesn't even shed, so to leave a "professional" dog wash covered in other dogs' hair is unacceptable. I even did some preliminary cleaning myself just to get started, but the lack of basic hygiene in this facility is shocking. If they can't bother to clean the stations overnight for the very first customer of the day, they shouldn't be charging for the service. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.
