Visit: April 5, 2026 I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this pet supply location. I arrived first thing in the morning with my 5-year-old Goldendoodle, expecting a fresh station to use. Despite the signs claiming the showers were "clean," the reality was stomach-turning. * The Drains: Every single shower was clogged with dark, wet dog hair. * The Blowers: The dryers were covered in layers of old dog hair. As soon as I turned them on to dry my dog, hair started blowing everywhere--all over my neck, face, and clothes. * Management Failure: I personally spoke to the store manager about this exact issue several months ago. He thanked me for the feedback, yet clearly, nothing has changed. My Goldendoodle doesn't even shed, so to leave a "professional" dog wash covered in other dogs' hair is unacceptable. I even did some preliminary cleaning myself just to get started, but the lack of basic hygiene in this facility is shocking. If they can't bother to clean the stations overnight for the very first customer of the day, they shouldn't be charging for the service. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. read more

I like this place they have a lot of products for pets that have no recalls which is amazing self serve dog washes , food for reptiles ( crickets, hornworms ect. ) very clean isles and helpful staff. Will be back for a trim love the convenience of the place read more

Love this store it has everything everytime I need it from dog food to fish food frog food snake food . I even got cubby frogs from them .got the screen lid for a 40 gal breeder tank filters for 3 of my fish tanks . Amazing place will definitely be going there more then once a week. read more

Amazing place, I can always find the best sales at your store. They are real sales not what other chain pet stores have. The staff is always willing to help me load my car for me. This store is always clean and the workers are always helpful and courteous. Prices even without a sale can't be beat. They have better dog food brands here as well as a price range for every budget. I can even find goats milk here for my pups! Along with fresh or freeze dried food. Definitely recommend. You wallet and pets will thank you ! read more

We needed a new brush for our Lhasa Apso and couldn't find what we wanted at 2 other places. We stopped in Pet Supplies Plus in Aberdeen Marketplace. The store was immaculate, everything was organized, neat and tidy. The employee who greeted us showed us right to the brushes. Found what we wanted, the price was good, and the trip was was great. It's nice to find employees who are happy, smiling, and can make eye contact and small talk! read more

Do not support a business or management who doesn't support their own employees. They lie and cover up the truth on what actually happened. This is a JOKE ofan company. They put dogs and groomers in very dangerous situations. Over crowded areas and makes it very unsafe environment for your pets to be in.Big-timee money grabbers and training for new groomers is garbage. They expect new groomers to keep up with 5 to 6 dogs a day while barely knowing the skills learned in just 6 to 8 weeks. Don't allow breaks and lunches because the dogs can't be alone. Groomers have to do everything bather, haircut, nails, ear, answering phone, making schedules. Overworked, under paid greedy district leaders. read more
