Proper Fries

Trivia Wednesdays 6-8 PM. We missed the regular Trivia host as he was out of town that week, but that night the food truck serving up was Nash & Proper. Indoor seating with fans on a hot day, and trivia was lively with paper answer sheets per group and a mic'd up portable speaker to hear the questions from. Have tried several of their seasonal canned beers pickup only during pandemic) such as the golden guava IPA, orange creamsicle select-o-matic berliner weisse ale, blood transfusion blood orange IPA, Beeline blonde, and their sours. They have their own parking lot too.

Very spacious brewery with a mini golf course inside. We came here to have a few beers in celebration of may 4th and it turned out they were having Star Wars trivia! We had so much fun and the guy hosting did a great job and the girl bartending was awesome! The place is dog friendly and my dog loved the biscuits they had on the counter. I turned my sour beer into a michelada and it was a game changer. I should have taken a picture of it but I was distracted by how yummy it was. Such a delicious drink! There was also a burger truck outside that served some good food. Outside seating is also very spacious.

Randomly found this place on Yelp by searching brewery and honestly this is a find spot! Very welcoming, lots of tables and good music! You can even play mini golf. They have some food trucks around the property. You can even taste the different beers. We grabbed a seltzer flight and unimaginable IPA!

Enjoyed visiting here. Strictly beer though there were a few food trucks outside. Nice outdoor seating area and very large indoor area great for group activities. The beer area had several high tops. But there were large sections of tables for family style seating. A well known brewery in town this was one of several locations. Service was fairly fast, depends on the line of people in front of you and servers at the taps. Variety was ok, the downside was the parking especially if it's your first visit, was a bit hard to find.

Track 7 Brewing - Natomas is a solid spot! We got a beer flight, and everything was really good. Chill vibe, good drinks--definitely a place I would come back to.

Don't worry, you're in the right place We thought we ended up at a place that only brews beer since it's tucked in the back of an industrial park but this is it Huge place open to the brewing silos and barrels with arcade games and pet friendly outdoor seating . Had a fresh made pizza food truck outside (today is Sunday) We both had the Hazy Panic IPA - great taste and mouthfeel - could have been a little colder but tasted great Service was friendly and guy was knowledgeable about the beers We'll be back!

First time in this brewery to check out Pauhana truck event. They have lots of option of beer, tried couple of their light pilsner. It was great and refreshing especially the food trucks are there. There is more options of food to choose from. Service was fast even though they were busy that day. Ambience was relaxing and chill, sun is out. It"s pet friendly which is great. Recommend it to everyone looking to try different kind of beer and they have food also.

One of My Besties and I came here to grab a drink and catch up while he was up from LA. We had Panic and Beeline on tap $5 per pint. Yum! I like! It is about 8pm and they close at 9pm. Last call is 830pm it's quiet . I am definitely coming back because it's DOG FRIENDLY!!! I'm going to bring my Baby Geode!

When the Cousins Lobster truck is at this location we try to make it each time. Very great service, fun Atmosphere, we enjoy the beer with our lobster roll and tots. We usually order a Bee Line. I need to try their other options. I like what I like. It has flavor but a light blonde still hoppy. But not IPA hoppy some times I can't handle how strong IPAs are. We will be back!

My life. In a nutshell.

I absolutely love this place. We bring our kid, and the staff knows him by name, and they're ALWAYS friendly. We're often with a big group of people with kids, and because we parent like we drink, responsibly, the staff never has issue with our kids. The beers are by far my favorite. The variety, for a hoppy, IPA drinker, are fantastic. There are constantly new beers, and flights are a great way to sample all the new stuff stuff and comparing it to a few favorites. The vibe is chill, with good music, space to hang with friends and catch up after long days/weeks. If I'm not home, or at a kid sports event, I'm likely here. Get to know the staff by name, be kind, tip well, and enjoy!

GNO @ Track 7 Brewing... such a fun, cool spot. If you pull up and the exterior looks like industrial buildings, then you have arrived to the right place. The coolest thing 'bout Track 7 is they have indoor and outdoor areas, biggest plus is that this brewery is dog-friendly! Whoop-whoop. Christine, provided great customer service and really good beer recommendations. As far as food trucks, they rotate trucks depending on the days, before coming it's good to look at the food truck schedule online. If you're looking for a fun place, be sure to check out this place!

Do not climb! Whatever you do! ;)

Love this brewery in a city of awesome breweries! Large outdoor seating space, shaded and comfortable-dog friendly! They have food truck space as well . Large brewery space ! Tons of seating inside. Great selection of brews on tap and plenty to choose from in to-go cans. Loved the brews I tried. Would love to come back each time I'm in Sacramento. Friendly service at the bar.

Ask the Community - Track 7 Brewing - Natomas

Are you open? Patio area?

Hi, Monday-Wednesday is to-go for this week. We will have patio and inside seating Thursday-Sunday. Keep an eye out for our social media posts for an update to next week's schedule. Thank you for supporting Track 7!

Can we bring outside food?

Of course! We offer food trucks Tue-Sun, but outside food is always welcome. Just no other kind of alcoholic beverages, please.

Can we bring in birthday balloons to one of the outdoor tables to surprise one of our friends thats coming to join us? We can put them away in the car if it's not allowed.

Hi Ramonny! Sure, you are welcome to bring balloons. We only ask that you take them with you when your celebration is over. Cheers!

Do they sell merch here with their logo? If so, how large do their men's T-shirt's run?

Yes, they sell merchandise with their logo. I know they sell Large in men's since I purchased one. Not sure if they go higher. Definitely try calling them if you can't go in person.

How much are personal kegs?

We started with the shishito peppers, which were great and came with a really memorable miso aioli that was very addictive with a hint of lemon. We also got the "Fun Guy" pizza to share and made the mistake of removing the goat cheese, which I think hurt it. The crust was excellent and the toppings were fresh, but it felt like it was missing that salty, funky balance the goat cheese would've added. Still very good, but that one's on me. I'd definitely get it as intended next time. One of my favorite breweries, especially with so many having closed over the past few years. Cheers to them.

I came to visit my friends and we went to a brewery to catch up. My friend just bought a house and was moving, as well as having her birthday, so her ID was expired which we were not aware of. It happens. My friend was going to log into DMV just so she can show a valid ID the bartender but another woman working came up exclaiming they can not accept that and she will not get a drink. My friend did not argue about it and my other friend and I got our beers and sat down. We just wanted to spend time and catch up. My friend with the expired ID did not even take a sip of any drinks and respected the policy, the woman that we talked to earlier about the ids then proceeded to come up to us and say that we were sharing drinks, yelling and being very hostile. We were all confused because in no way, my friend even touched or drank any of the drinks. She insisted to call the cops. We then asked her if she had any evidence such as video footage and she said she did not have any access to that and she did not have footage. She said we were breaking the law and she will get the police involved for underage drinking. She was being extremely hostile. THANK YOU BY THE WAY SHE IS IN HER 30s BUT BESIDE THE POINT THEY REFUSED TO PULL UP THE FOOTAGE AND CORNERED US WHEN WE WERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We even encouraged to call the police then she started back tracking. Their lead came in. We again, asked for the footage and he then, unrelated, said they are on the verge of closing rather than taking any form of accountability or apologizing for how his colleague was treating us. We asked for a refund and would leave, we were so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to say we did not pay for the drinks and I had to pull up my credit card statement to even prove it, which is absolutely ridiculous. I got our drinks and paid/ closed the tab before even sitting down. We asked to talk to a manager again. Mind you, we asked previously, and got the lead. The manager just asked if we were from the Bay and shook our hands instead of actually doing anything about the situation. I saw her hug the woman that was accusing after we were leaving which is absolutely ridiculous. Why would you encourage that type of behavior to your staff. Profiling in 2025 is insane. I feel bad for my friends. I feel extremely uncomfortable. Discriminating and accusing just because we are the only POCs in the room is so embarrassing. DO BETTER- NOT EVEN AS AN ESTABLISHMENT BUT JUST AS HUMAN BEINGS.

This particular visit was great-the patio spot in the back where everyone hangs was great-such variety of people,ages,cultures-it was a true melting pot of all the things I love about Sacramento-I seen people with dogs-people with young kids, even babies in strollers-I saw people on dates-I seen people just hanging catching up after long week-it's such a chill spot-I loved it. Now let's get to the beer-we had 4 beers in total on this particular visit. 2 pints of The People Lager($7.50 each)-This is a great beer-feels like very friendly beer and easy drinking beer-I would get this again-7.8/10 rating 1/2 Pint Stout Kang Imperial($6.00)-This is the beer I came here for and I remember having it at the Yelp event-it's a very coffee forward stout and it's packs a punch-pretty sure double digit ABV-it's not for everyone-it's very strong but I love it-9.2/10 rating 22 ounce stein-Mystic Cloud($9.00)-This is a Hazy IPA and yep this was the star of the day for me-I loved this drink and as much as I loved the stout-this will be my order going forward-great beer-9.3/10 rating We also ordered the Pulled Pork Fries($15.00)-I had these on a previous visit-they were yummy then and they were even more yummy now after drinking almost 40 ounces of beer-I would fully recommend this as a shareable for anyone looking to eat a little something while enjoying the incredible suds they have at this brewery. Overall it was a great visit-I love these guys and gals who are running this brewery-they are all so friendly and welcoming and they are serving a superior product and the pride they have in their beer and food shows-I am so happy this brewery is a part of my world now and I can't wait to go back.
