The reviews were complementary, plus the write-up by the shop explained who they are and how much experience their staff have in repairing vehicles, so this made us feel comfortable enough to set up an estimate for repairs needed. Upon arrival, an employee named Mindy greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She got another employee for us named Isaac, who is an on-site adjuster, and he took over from there and on the spot put together a comprehensive estimate for us to submit to the other person's insurer that we were dealing with. We received approval from them in short order to have our vehicle fixed, so we set up the appointment and took it in to this business. Throughout the repair process, Isaac kept us updated, and once all work was fully finished, we were given our SUV back in pristine condition! The inside was detailed beautifully as well. Overall, they provided an excellent work product and had great communication. Also, their charges for all of the work needed were quite reasonable and fair.

Canyon View's estimate (based on used parts) came in at less than half that of the other two shops. The owner, Kenneth Jones, did a superb job, and trusted me to get the payment to him from out of state after my son had already retrieved the car from his shop. The paint job was not blended in well. I was not satisfied so it was sent back again. Second time, the paint/clear coat had air pockets. This job was done the cheapest way possible. Third, they are sloppy and messy. My steering wheel has paint stains on it. You can tell the doors were left open because the interior was very dusty/dirty. The bed of the truck has stains on it that will not come off even after power washing. Lastly, it came back with a new scratch.

If you want a crappy job that requires numerous return visits to get things repaired properly, this is your place. Not when you talk to Dylan - every excuse in the book as to why it's taking another week & that NO one is available to give me a ride now. I was completely ripped off as Hunter refused to tell me where the alignment was performed. I looked at my vehicle before going in to pay & could immediately see a shoddy job had been done. I have bad eyesight & I immediately saw that the repairs they made were not good - "didn't know you wanted that" was Dylan's response. I could see the poor repairs in the metal, which was then painted over. I love wavy & rippled paint jobs - NOT! Dylan then had five other guys look at the repairs, claiming they couldn't see anything. For the large sum I paid, it's only fair that it be done correctly and timely.
