I took my truck there to have the heat fixed they replaced the part and it was the wrong part and I still had the same problem took my truck back in there for them to fix it right then they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for something that should've been fixed right the first time it was there Trace's wife was such a bitch and sticking her nose in everything he lets her run his business like that they won't be in business very long I wouldn't let them fix my bicycle the guy is a hack and he doesn't know what he's doing don't take it there because he won't get it fixed and then they'll charge you for parts you don't need . Called about my 98 GMC truck in because it needed cab bushings replaced. It was running fine when I drove it in.I told them what I needed on the phone before I brought it in. Steve called me and told me I needed the bushings, as I told him when I brought it in, and there was a leak in the brake line. There was also an issue with one of the back springs. I told him I didn't want all that work done and I would just pick up the truck. When I got here I got a $90 bill for diagnostics!? I went to my truck and started it up and the brake pedal went all the way to the floor!? The truck that I had driven in was now unable to be driven. If I could give zero stars I would. They fixed our car & after leaving my fiancé was driving to work and almost died. Long story short they did not perform the necessary measures to ensure the car was operating properly. The car had to be towed and re-repaired. Robyn was VERY helpful and accommodating and advised us that they had a warranty and if they were advised it was an issue with an area they fixed their insurance would cover the tow and the repair. After speaking with Ford and the new repair company they stated that Trace would be liable. The owner of Trace then called us and said that he wouldn't cover this. That they would be losing money. Luckily they aren't dealing with a wrongful dealth lawsuit and only repair costs from their mistake. Although Robyn and the other woman we spoke with were great and very apologetic the ownership is bad and not very honest.. just looking to make a buck. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to an honest repair shop. We have now had to get a refund through our credit card company and have to see a small claims lawyer. There are too many mechanics to deal with the headaches of this place. read more
