Horrible ride back to facility, do not think van had any shock absorbers. patient in wheelchair was in pain to begin with and the 3 hour wait and driver hitting every bump and hole in road did not help any. seat for person assisting the patient in wheelchair told to climb in van over hardware on floor for securing van and a folded up wheelchair, not exactly a safe area. Had to give driver directions to get us back to facility and then told to climb out side of van from passenger seat while he unfastened the wheelchair after asking for Assitance to press and release button on floor to release the wheelchair. had he simply assisted passenger to get out of van he could very easily of released it himself. And trying to climb over that and the folded up wheelchair, passenger had to grab onto side of side sliding doorway rot exit with no step their, thus the passenger fell onto bottom of van floor trying to exit. First time riding with this company and will be discussing with the facility what transpired and requesting that they find another company to use for the next scheduled appointments requiring transport services. Horrible!!!!

He was an excellent driver. He always obeyed the speed limit, and never responded to the idiots who cut him off. He was very observant when looking for a destination, we were given the right name of the building but the wrong address and he was able to help us find it. The price was very reasonable. Only reason I took off a star was because we booked a return trip and we were told that a ride would arrive within an hour of our call telling them we were ready. We called at 12:39 and I ride showed up at 2:15. Yes it was raining and I guess there might have affect the traffic, but when I looked at Google maps it showed that this ride should have taken 45 minutes so obviously traffic wasn't that bad cuz that was a normal amount of time for this ride. Don't know what caused the delay but having somebody who's in pain while sitting, sitting in a wheelchair waiting for a ride was not a lot of fun. Then I called to get a quote for another ride that was like a quarter of the distance of this one and it was only $100 less. $300 for a 30 mi round trip ride was a little ridiculous. Considering that the price for a 68 mi round trip was $400. I would definitely book them again if the price was reasonable.
