They wont provide service without payment. 3 months after rehab we started getting bills. We called and gave them our payment information verbally showing we had paid. I would not do business with this company, they are less than reputable.

My person is paralyzed wheelchair bound and getting very uncomfortable. He starting to Slip out of the wheelchair and if he goes down I cannott get him up by myself. Driver arrived and instead of coming in to get him sitting in the car on her phone. Waited a few min hoping she would get off her phone but I had to bring him outside and knock on her window. Then she got mad at me for knocking on her window. An over 2 hour wait is bad enough but then the driver showing up and being on her phone was the last straw. Avoid this service if you can. This in in is unbelievable.

We needed a wheelchair van to take someone from Northwest Indiana to University of Chicago. Dream…read moreCare showed up on time. The driver was courteous and professional. He was an excellent driver. He always obeyed the speed limit, and never responded to the idiots who cut him off. He was very observant when looking for a destination, we were given the right name of the building but the wrong address and he was able to help us find it. The price was very reasonable. Only reason I took off a star was because we booked a return trip and we were told that a ride would arrive within an hour of our call telling them we were ready. We called at 12:39 and I ride showed up at 2:15. Yes it was raining and I guess there might have affect the traffic, but when I looked at Google maps it showed that this ride should have taken 45 minutes so obviously traffic wasn't that bad cuz that was a normal amount of time for this ride. Don't know what caused the delay but having somebody who's in pain while sitting, sitting in a wheelchair waiting for a ride was not a lot of fun. Then I called to get a quote for another ride that was like a quarter of the distance of this one and it was only $100 less. $300 for a 30 mi round trip ride was a little ridiculous. Considering that the price for a 68 mi round trip was $400. I would definitely book them again if the price was reasonable.

How incompetent to not have a cushioned chair for God sakes or put a person on a padded stretcher as usual! We should of drove him home ourselves as we regret, but his insurance covered it and seemed the best option. AVOID A TRACE CHAIR RIDE FROM H***. The best part although sad he has a family member who is disabled and this is why he started the business. His caring attitude and sense of humor made my trip more enjoyable, I mean who loves going to the dentist The price was more than reasonable. There is one negative review here on yelp that I personally feel is unfair. When I spoke with Mark, he told me that this gentleman called him three times, but would not give him his name or what he needed, and the phone number was from out of state , so Mark thought it was a scammer, but he still answer the call just to make sure that it wasn't someone who needed him. It turns out on the fourth phone call. Mark did find out that he needed his service but neither one of them felt they could work with each other. The fact that he took four phone calls and still couldn't get an answer . That shows me Mark true integrity. So please don't let one negative yelp review sway you from using this outstanding company. They will from now on be my go to transportation service.
