Personally, I think it was the best thing that ever happened to them. My parents are older and have had their fair share of health crises over the years - cancer, staph, pneumonia, asthma you name it - and Dr. Kelly has always treated them right. My mom, suffers from severe asthma, and often has respiratory-related scares. Dr. Kelly has been fabulous at squeezing her in for a quick check rather than unloading her on the nearest ER. Dr. Kelly earns a fifth star from me for going above and beyond the call of duty. She makes house calls, you heard me, house calls! My dad had a knee replacement a few years back and was working with his physical therapist to get back on track; Dr. Kelly decided he wasn't progressing enough and could benefit from more therapy. Instead of offloading these increased sessions on the therapist she came to their house and worked with my dad. It was amazing and so appreciated by my mom since getting my dad out in the middle of winter while he was unsteady on his feet was not only a chore, but very anxiety ridden. I think now enough time has passed that he'll admit how beneficial this was to his recovery. At the time he winced at the thought, she's a tough cookie and really made him work. Bottom line: Dr. Kelly is amazing! My parents can't say enough good things about her and trust me, my dad is a tough customer, he won't sing the praises of just anyone. Even though I live relatively close, knowing that she's treating them puts my mind at ease, she really seems to care about her patients and get them the best care possible.

Was sent there on a follow up from an ER visit as I did not have a primary care Dr. What a mistake…read more They charged me a ridiculous sum for initial visit and "extended visit" even though THEY were late. A random fee for a depression test even though I took no such test and was there on a cardiac followup. When I tried to call the billing, I was met with unintelligible customer service rep with a lot of background noise then they hung up on me. Figuring that the email contact on the bill would be a better chance, I sent them a message. I have heard nothing back in a week. If they want my money they need to explain why they charged what they did. There is no way to pay online and i would need to mail them a check. Given the way they handle the office, I'm not confident they will properly receive my check without a receipt. Avoid this place!

The worst part was that I had two coworkers also get physical's here for the first time and they were not charged a "new patient fee". Be careful of this place as they like to trick you into fees depending on the day. Now I have been trying to get this credited back to my account since October and its now its almost New Years. Horrible place. They refuse to credit and I now have to begin working with my insurance company to settle this. All for just $25.00.

My average waiting time is about 20 minutes, HOWEVER, they're excellent about getting you in same day if it's urgent, Which I suppose is why the wait time is a bit long. However, ultimately I continue to go bc Dr M doesn't just humor me he's listening to me, but he genuinely values what I say and think. Read the one star review on here, you can see that it's from a cheap person looking for a handout instead of scheduling an appointment. You want good service? PAY FOR IT! Don't think that a physician is here to do you a favor. Furthermore, don't assume that they're willing to risk malpractice for writing a script without performing an evaluation. That's just foolish. When I attempted to do this several times, I was met with a great amount of resistance, rude attitudes, and eventually told that I would have to schedule an appointment to pick up prescriptions. There are a lot of things to say about this place, and I waited a few months after canceling my…read moremembership to make sure my opinion was based off facts and not just feelings in the moment. Firstly and mainly, the cost vs. the services received is simply not fair. They expect you to pay 150 a month, totaling 1800 a year, for a grand total of 4 visits. That's it. When asked why they think having patients pay 1800 for 4 hrs of their time was moral/fair, Jennifer's response was that 'I don't decide the cost' and 'no other members have a problem with it'. Ok?? You have been working with the practice for over 10 years and you claim you don't have any power? And what do other members have to do with me? If they have money to waste or don't think about their finances in a responsible manner, that's their problem. Subscriptions that do not provide a continuous service for continuous payment should be illegal. You do not get to have free money from us when you provide VERY limited service in return. They claim they're an alternative to insurance, but they're worse because they cost the same or more while also expecting you to have a real doctor through your insurance for the things they cannot/will not help you with. The more expensive, unlimited plans arent worth it either bc you will not need more than 1 appt per month. Why? Because this practice is very limited in not only what they're willing to do but also what they're capable of doing. During the discovery call, I made sure to ask if they had a problem prescribing medication. They said no. Several months in and they refuse to refill a simple, light-weight prescription they knew was helping me to sleep. Apparently, maintenance members cannot get monthly prescriptions. They wanted me to pay them more in order to get them to ignore their dislike for medications. I paid $50 for an online doctor and got the prescription in less than 30 min, but my actual practice wasn't willing to do it for 150. This was after their natural alternative gave me horrible acid reflux. You knew I couldn't take your supplement because it caused me pain, but you're unwilling to give me the medication to tide me over until I was better? You are not moral. As for what they're capable of doing, it's not much. They heavily focus on supplements, and that's mainly for relatively simple and easy to fix issues. AKA, if youre normally healthy but have some problems, they MIGHT be able to help you. But if you have chronic issues, they CANNOT HELP YOU. They childishly do not want to acknowledge that real, chronic issues exist that cant be naturally supplemented. Their methods of helping will most likely not help much or at all because supplements, at least the limited # of ones theyre aware of, just aren't strong enough to. They also wanted dietary changes like reduced dairy and grains. Dairy and grains have never been an issue for me and it's such a privileged, white person thing to blame perfectly healthy forms of food for your health. If anything, american food processing and overconsumption are the problem, not dairy. The vitamin d, probiotics, various digestion aids, omega 3 oil they had me buy did nothing to help me. I already told them that probiotics didn't work for me, but they still insisted. The prebiotic I found on tiktok, however, immediately gave me relief. The only thing they gave me that worked, magnesium, i had already planned on getting because of tiktok. Which is my next point; any help this practice can give you for 150+ a month, you will get for FREE on tiktok. Tiktok helped me with multiple issues, which this practice couldn't begin to aid. My acid reflux was fixed by drinking apple cider vinegar, a cheap, natural remedy i learned from a tiktoker. What did they want me to do? Buy expensive, useless probiotics and digestion aids. They don't have the knowledge to give real, affordable help, even for non-chronic issues. They can't even give a flu shot or other basic things a normal, cheaper doctor's office can give. They dont answer ANY phone calls and their 'receptionist' who isnt actually ever at the practice and works from home is pretty bad at her job, because she doesnt answer online messages in a timely manner and isn't knowledgeable in general, even pertaining to the practice. When talking to her, it feels like I'm talking to a bot. Their website is also outdated and annoying to use. Do not give them your money.

I could not believe what a difference it was walking into this doctor's office versus my previous one. Everyone was friendly and extremely efficient. Dr. Hamidani first asked a few questions about me and my lifestyle to get to know me and talk to me.
