When i went back I spoke to the trainers and with tears in my eyes I asked them to help me remember the Renee that I was once was and become again . The trainers hugged me and said we are in it together. With each class I get more of my confidence and strength back. CKO has helped me mentally , physically and emotionally and I am getting back to the real me and I love being me again . Walking in for the first time was really intimating but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I explained it was my first time and they showed me the ropes and encouraged me to do better. I've taken classes with Juliana, Mallory and Marion and BOY, they were tough! I've never been more sore than after a class here, it definitely makes you work for sure. Mr. Stanlaw worked as a personal trainer elsewhere before setting up his own place and he has quite the following. She showed us around the gym. It was a bit small compared to others but they had all the workout equipment and space needed to do what you needed to do. They have a bunch of other type of classes like jiu jitsu, boxing, muay thai, and yoga. We began classes at the exact time it was supposed to start. I liked the music that was playing. It made you really hyped and ready to get started. The warm-up was REALLY intense for a beginner class. I would have liked if it was a bit more step by step since it was entirely new to me. We were then shown some basic movements for boxing and that was more repeated to grasp and we hit the punching bags. I never sweated so much! Be ready to get a major workout! When leaving we were able to grab free food samples from Made Meals Co! They deliver meals that are made with local and organic ingredients. I had grilled chicken, broccoli, and sweet potatoes. Definitely helped restore my energy! Overall I liked the experience but I definitely think I needed a more basic and step by step class to ease my way in.

This decision was tough because of what this community and each of you have meant to me, both inside and outside the gym. You've all played a role in shaping my journey beyond the physical challenges helping me become stronger, more resilient, and more confident, which has translated into so many milestones and achievements in my personal and professional life. Whether it was those mornings where I needed extra motivation or the days I was on fire, you were all there with encouragement, energy, and sometimes the exact words I needed to hear. The staff is super friendly and remembers your name. There is always someone cleaning and making sure that we are all as safe as possible. They always do temperature checks as well as a waiver each time you visit. I feel very safe abs comfortable at this gym; abs that's HUGE coming from a woman who has gymtimidation! HAHA. The only thing I would change if I could is adding more attachments to the arm workout machines. Most days I feel like I have to wait around to use one that someone has or I can't find the right attachment at all. All in all, I am very happy here!

I cannot speak highly enough about their services and care. The admin isn't particularly sophisticated, but they make up for it with the attention they give tot he kids. It all reminds me of the kind of class/camp that I would have dreamed of at that age. If you're on the fence, send your kid. You'll have Master Claudio's jokes memorized before you know it.
