All machines were taken and most of them already had someone in line. Not to mention some people go with their tripods shooting videos and taking up a lot of room. The reason I'm giving 1 star (and not zero) is because this location has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna but you can expect them all to be packed. Also, they have cancelled many classes and currently there's only one weeknight cycling class on Thursdays which is ridiculous for those who enjoy spinning. There are some weekend classes but they should offer at least one or two more during weeknights. This is a relatively new gym and they should have planned it better with more machines and a better layout. If you're planning on joining this gym for lifting weights or using their machines do a free trial before you join and just ignore the pushy salespeople.

The owner is a great guy who attends all the classes to make sure that everyone is happy. Leslie, the lady who runs the Zumba classes, gives a great workout and really inspires her participants. I explained that I'd had weight loss surgery and the support around that has been excellent. Everyone I talk to is really happy with Stanlaw Fitness. Mr. Stanlaw worked as a personal trainer elsewhere before setting up his own place and he has quite the following. I am very happy that Stanlaw Fitness is the new gym in town because I feel comfortable, supported and able to accomplish so much. Mike Stanlaw understands nutritional needs as well as outward physiology and that's so important. Attend a session, you'll be glad you did.

The front staff are super accommodating/friendly and will help you with whatever you need (had trouble linking my accounts in the beginning and they were helpful). The location is also brand new and spotless. The rowers aren't updated with touch screens yet but hopefully will come soon. They do have the elliptical and bike for those who need that option. They have started challenges like marathon month which is a really fun way to keep yourself accountable. No fun calendar's or theme days yet but hoping they will start. Pro's: they do temperature checks, have you wipe off each machine after use, mandatory masks (no face shields), and enforce social distancing by having us use every other machine.
