This month we ran into an issue with our septic, and at 7:30 at night I found myself calling for an emergency service. The answering service was great and ensured I would get a call back right away. Sure enough, with in about 5 minutes, Mike called me back and was assessing the situation. He was great, going over things with me and trying to troubleshoot our issue. When we couldn't find a fix quickly, he got in his car and came right over. Sure enough, we had a minor issue that was quickly resolved with his help. He was great with my husband and I, giving us a few pointers, as we are not that savvy with septics! He was pleasant, personable, and most of all kept our best interests in mind. He could have come out upon request, and did an emergency pump, charging us hundreds of dollars, when it wasn't necessary. But he was up front and said, he would never want to charge us for something we didn't need!
