Dan and his crew arrived promptly, took the estimated three days to complete the job and I have to say, I couldn't be more pleased with the way the floors turned out! They look like new! They did an outstanding job, they were knowledgeable, professional, punctual, extremely courteous and the pricing was very reasonable. They were also very diligent about minimizing the amount of dust; taping off rooms and vacuuming were a tremendous help in getting our house back in order after the project was completed. I will start that the floors look good…read more I was verbally disrespected by this company. There was a lack of communication and timing of the entire process. In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.
