He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!

I cannot be more proud of how the owner and employees of this company performed. With job safety a priority and attention to detail, the project was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. Arrendondo employees were courteous and professional. Over the course of the three day project, they never left the day without thoroughly clean up of the site. Brick samples were presented for our review to nearly match those of the exisitng chimney. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Jorge and crew. Jack P. Omaha

There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

He worked directly with my insurance company, providing detailed photos and multiple follow-ups that ultimately led to a revised claim--transforming a partial roof replacement into full coverage for the entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and other exterior damage. From start to finish, Tucker made the process seamless. He helped me select the right shingle color, guided me through the HOA architectural request, coordinated a full-day installation, and followed up to ensure the insurance company paid out the full amount. The workmanship was excellent, and the level of service was even better. I've also trusted Tucker to inspect roofs on my rental properties, and he's always honest--whether the roof needs repair, replacement, or nothing at all. That kind of integrity is rare in this industry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSF Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or exterior work. Top-notch service and professionalism!

I plan to review them in stages. First of all Jim in marketing is amazing to work with. When he came out to talk with us he explained things very well. Easy to talk to and answered every question we had. He has put my mind at ease at every stage of the project. Financing was a breeze of a process working with Corine. She is very responsive in regards to calls and emails. She made the finance aspect so easy and seamless. I personally haven't talked much with Marty. The few times I did talk to him, he was very polite and easy to talk to as well. Update now that the project is finished. Everything is still the same up above. Experience from start to end was a breeze. The crew was very quiet, polite, and extremely hard workers. I really don't have much negative to say about them. The few things I would recommend to Marty about the crew is as follows. -make sure they are keeping products, tools, and other items on the property they are working on. -making sure the crew doesn't leave products, tools, and other items on grass for long periods of time (days at a time or on weekends). This includes the new products and also the old product they removed. That's the only somewhat negative I have to say. My husband and I are already talking about more projects to use this company for. Safety First Remodeling does a little of everything. Need a new roof? They do it. Need to do a bathroom remodel? They do it. Concrete work? They do it. Gutters? Yep they do it. Windows? Once again, they do it. You get the idea. I really like that we can use one company for all our needs/wants for our home.
