They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the debris the project accumulated. Ivon (Construction Manager/Coordinator) is very polite, and an over-all good person! I would highly reccommend them to complete your project. I used Arman Construction again (8/2020) to paint my house, install vinyl siding, install some doors...etc. Once again, his services were great! Everything done quickly, neatly and efficiently! They are professional, friendly, cost effective and reliable! If you need something done beautifully and correctly...use Arman Construction!

They were very timely; I called at 9am, they came over at 11:30 to check it out and give me an estimate, and then came back at 1 to work on it. They changed their schedule when I said I'd rather have it done today than tomorrow and made it work. The estimate was a little high for what I wanted to pay, and they were very reasonable about that. They figured out a different solution that would cost less in materials and cut the price in half. I don't think they were trying to over charge me at first, but rather wanted to do it in a way that looked as nice as possible.

I have to say, they are the most professional, friendly and dedicated team of workers I have come across. I dealt with Wiggy initially over the phone and then Wiggy's dad and brother (Josh) were assigned to get the job done. I know re-grouting may not be an intense task for some, but for many (including myself) who are not as handy, its a serious job which needs to get done right. Let's just say, Mr. Handy NYC (Wiggy's dad and Josh) did an amazing job. Josh spent approximately 2 days to ensure the job was precise and flawless. Last but not least, they are reasonably priced and best part is that they are right down the street from where I live so I know down the line if/when I need other renovations done in my house, Mr. Handy NYC will be my go to folks!! Thanks again Mr. Handy NYC and I highly recommend them!!

Unfortunately, after that things have gone significantly downhill. When the painters left they pushed all of my living room furniture to the middle of the room and said when the crew came back the following week to paint the baseboards and install the doors they'd put everything back. That happened on March 22nd. Since then, week after week they keep promising to try to come back and week after week they are no shows. I even explained to them that our building is expected to have a freeze on construction projects this week due to an impending strike so can they please wrap up this job before then, and they said yes but are now not responding to emails. I hope they ultimately make good on their service contract and I will update this review if that happens. For now, please steer clear, fellow yelpers.

I found JNH Construction by accident while looking for something else on Yelp. The reviews were…read morevery good so I called them. Hasan and I made an appointment for a few days later. He listened as I explained what I wanted. He described in explicit detail what could be done to remedy the situation concerning the brownstoning of the stoop and cementing beneath the stoop. At his point I had already had several price quotes and description from other vendors. Hasan's description and price was by far the best. We set a start date for 3 weeks later. Hassan's contract was in detail as was discussed. His payment plan was even better: 10% at the signing of the contract, 40% at the start of the project, 40% midway through the project, and 10% upon completion. Unbeknownst to him, this made the project even more affordable because it would take a few weeks to be completed. Additionally, he gave a timetable/estimate of how many days the work would take (depending on the weather) as well how the work would be divided into sections. Hasan came with his workers on the very first day and outlined what was to be done. He would come on a daily basis unannounced (I think) to inspect and examine completed work. His level of professionalism, skills set, and competence is unmatched by any other contractor that I have come in contact with. Hassan's workers have an excellent work ethic. They report to work in promptly and begin to work immediately. They are prepared to work complete with the appropriate materials and tools. As you watch them work one can see they are well versed in their profession. They work proficiently, diligently, skillfully, neatly, and quietly. They were very accommodating and followed requested specifications exactly. Each day they left the area they worked on spotless. I would hire them again and I strongly recommend JNH Construction Co.

For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

Pipes, electricity, and plumbing, these three components were so important to deal with and you need LICENSED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTS, for an old kitchen like mine. When I signed the contract I left it up to the experts and it was in excellent hands. 1. The team was always on time and even though I was not used to giving my keys out, I learned it was customary so they could come and go with ease. 2. For me this was a BIG expenditure, but after doing a reasonable amount of research MRTA Design was fair and extended themselves on some of the project. 3. Communication was good for all. Although there were things shipped later than liked, MRTA was ready for everything. Martin worked well with Keita Turner the designer of the kitchen. 4. The team worked clean, efficient, professional, attention to detail, and they all were eager for the result to be an extraordinary kitchen for me. Also they cleaned the hallway making sure to not annoy neighbors and even though I had a remolding permission, they kept to the time and even ending each work day earlier than expected. 5. These were not just workers, the team was made up of craftsmen who were professional in cabinetry fabrication (wood and lacquered 2 radiator covers), painter (scraped and evened out an uneven wall). 6. All this is great but see the video for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaeKTQ8CKZ4&t=185s
