Also got the initial order wrong, then proceeded to blame my mother, and insist that the gown received was the one ordered. Horrible way to treat someone, let alone someone putting down a large sum of money for their sons wedding. This should have been a happy experience, but it was completely ruined by this woman's appalling customer service. When the manager was approached, it was shrugged off. Other staff in the building seemed nice, however the experience with this woman so hurt my mother I would go out of my way to ensure no one would have to deal with this woman again. Avoid at all costs.
