Rude, arrogant, poor customer service. Made appt to have…read moreabove ground pool opened. I wasn't home when they arrived but they said that would be ok. They showed up but didn't open pool. Came home from work and saw it wasn't opened. Never heard from them and so I called the next day to see what was up. Was told by the rude and arrogant person who answered (possibly the owner not sure) they were gonna pass on opening it up because they couldn't access the pump easily enough and there were leaves on top of cover. Mind you I waited about 3 weeks for this appointment because they said they were busy. I normally open each year myself with no issues and yah I drain the water off the top which I had already done for them, and remove the leaves and hook things up without an issue. I am very disappointed in them. I bought the pool from them 5 years ago and had them install it with no issue a d they did a great job so I'm not sure what's going on with them but I would highly NOT recommend them. I already opened it myself and it was up and running within a couple hours.

But then the technician came, didn't say anything to us -- and just left without any communication!!! When I called back, they told me that there was "vegetation" so that's why they didn't install it (but we could have cleared anything there!) Also, "Sorry, our technician left for a month for Greece!" So no installation from them this summer, without any warning! Just stay away from these guys for any installation or more involved work! They didn't even treat this as a big deal :

Yikes! A lot changed since last time I was here…read more When you walk through the front door, you'll swear you're on the set of "Hoarders." There is stuff everywhere. You can barely make in through the aisles. I'm not sure what is available in the front room - if there isn't a giant stuffed animal blocking your view, there are boxes in the way. You want to see the jewelry in the front case. You can't. Too much junk in the way. If you make your way into the front side room, it is pretty tidy in there. That's where you'll find clothes, books, and puzzles. I checked the price of a paperback book - $2. Puzzles were between $2 and $5 (some new). If you make your way to the back room there is kitchenware and kids' toys. A used cheese grater that was originally $9 was marked $5. Too much for this cheapo. A vintage looking electrical appliance was $75. I don't know what is was, but that seems way too pricey for any small kitchen appliance. I was interested in some of the china, but it was packed in too tight with coffee cups ($2) dangling from hooks in front of them. Removing a plate would be like playing Jenga with glass blocks. They need to have a sale and get rid of some of the junk that is just in the way. People can't buy things if they can't see them. Do like other thrift stores and figure out a way to identify how long something has been on the store floor, and then automatically drop the price after a month or whatever. I know you want to make as much as you can for the charity, but if people can't see what you're selling, they won't buy it. If you price it too high for your clientele, it won't sell either. You can't raise money for the charity by just hoarding stuff! I do want to point out that the women who work here are very nice!
