It's honestly hard to leave without finding something to bring home. The employees at the front are consistently friendly and welcoming. While I don't often see associates throughout the store unless they're stocking shelves, checkout has always been a pleasant experience. They frequently run sales, which is a big plus. My only complaint about the value is that this location's clearance section isn't marked down as much as other Hobby Lobby stores I've visited. There's still a good selection of clearance items, but the prices aren't quite as competitive as I've seen elsewhere. The biggest downside is the restroom. It requires a code to access, and it can be difficult to find an employee when you need one. Unfortunately, the restroom also hasn't been very clean during my visits. Overall, despite a couple of drawbacks, this location offers great service at the front, an excellent selection, and enough deals to keep us coming back.

The employee couldn't give me prices or really negotiate. For every card, he had to send the owner a picture and recent comps and wait for a response because the owner wasn't there. I was making reasonable offers based on recent sales and was completely open to negotiating, but I rarely received any actual counteroffers. If my offer is too low, that's totally fine--just give me a number to work with. Going through only about six cards took roughly 30 minutes because of all the waiting. I came in ready to spend money and buy multiple cards, so this was pretty frustrating. Payment was another issue. I had run out of cash and offered to pay through Zelle, but was told electronic/card payments would have sales tax added while cash wouldn't. I've bought plenty of cards from shops before and personally have never encountered that with Zelle, so it really caught me off guard. Joey himself was nice, but the shop's system needs improvement. Having to wait for an absent owner to remotely price and approve every card makes a simple buying experience way more difficult and time-consuming than it needs to be.
