I want to say having gone into toy temple chandler fashion square mall multiple times on different days of week right around 10:15 AM after the store opens: not being greeted walking into store / not being acknowledged once, me wondering around not being asked "can I help you , are you looking for something specific, still not acknowledged" or when walking out of the store not one word from the one employee at the counter and me being the only customer in the store is not customer centric, bad customer service (I would have took being acknowledged once not even asking for more than one acknowledgment), but typing away on a laptop is more important and a quick glance onto give customer acknowledgment. I visited Toy Temple and found all three Prismatic packs had clearly been opened and tampered with. That's unacceptable for sealed product. If a store can't guarantee authenticity or basic integrity, I'm not spending money there. I won't be returning ever again. I highly suggest checking the packs before purchasing if anyone decides to go there. read more

Great option for collectibles. This is a pretty hidden shop inside Chandler Fashion Center on the second floor near Dillard's. Definitely come here for Squishmallows and Pop Figures! Their prices are definitely higher than online alternatives, but not crazy expensive. read more

*WARNING*A couple of reasons for 1 star; I'm big on customer service and this store had zero. One particular employee, blonde/bleached hair, super rude! Reason 2, they are selling a fake 15 inch pink fur vinyl plush Labubu doll for $324. My 9 year old noticed the box is Popland not Popmart, further we went to Popmart website and the doll doesn't exist. read more

I just bought a Lance's Charizard celebrations box from this store, and I don't want to accuse them of anything because they seemed nice in the store, but that box was definitely opened before me. The celebrations packs all had openings on them, like they were opened across the top with a box cutter, and glue coming off of them, which just gave me a terrible feeling. Probably wouldn't come back to buy another Pokémon product, just left a sour taste after seeing pre opened packs in my box. read more

It's a toy store but I have experience better. II'll give you this.... Your collection of POP Funko figures are amazing. The only probem is that you pretty much had ONLY pop figures. There was other type of figures but it didn't' look it's in good condition. I would say check it out if you're into Funko POP or just want to go look at all the cool stuff. read more

This place is awesome! As a pop collector, the store was great as it's mostly pops (I would guess 80%), but for those looking for other collectibles, call them first. They also has squishmallows, pins, a small selection of action figures, and Pokémon cards from what I remember.
