Ac doesn't function well. Spoiled milk during free breakfast. Not enough towels and old ice in fridge. Not worth the price of admission

We recently stayed at TownePlace Suites while visiting from California for an NFL game at State Farm Stadium, and the location honestly couldn't have been better. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the stadium--no parking stress, no crowds to fight--which was a huge plus. We also loved being so close to the Westgate Entertainment District and the Tanger Outlets. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and all the activity in the area made our stay incredibly convenient and fun. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff truly made the experience even better. Every interaction we had was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Customer service here really is top tier. On our last night, we relaxed by the fire pit behind the bar, and it was such a vibe--quiet, cozy, and the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. The only thing keeping this from being a full five-star review is the complimentary breakfast. The options felt a bit limited and just okay, but the coffee was great and very appreciated. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The price, the unbeatable location, the cleanliness, and the standout service all made this hotel a win. read more

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a longer stay as the place had a small stovetop, every utincle, places, toaster, studio apartment sized fridge with an ice make, and a decent little continental breakfast. While I normally review restaurants, I was compelled to review the TownePlace Suites. I was on a business trip for the NCAA Final Four and stayed here for a week. This place is new and really clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are extremely large, and having the extra space was great for this extended stay. At night, the rooms are quiet, so sleeping was great. (It almost felt like a Westin Heavenly Mattress.) Breakfast in the AM was better than average. I wish they had more of a fresh-cut fruit selection, but I enjoyed the variety and daily changes to the hot food to change things up. Coffee was always fresh and hot and especially loved that they had Oat Milk creamer, for those of us not into dairy. I would highly recommend staying here. Families will get a break feeding their family - as there are a lot of options. They did miss a step when I did not get a check in the gift package (I am a Platinum Elite). But everything else made up for it. read more

Last week we stayed here for one week. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. We had a king size bed and sofa bed. The kitchen had a full size fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top and microwave. The A/C worked great. We are close to the freeways, Tanger Outlets and to Camelback Ranch. There is plenty of parking on all sides of the building. Great location. The room was quiet for us at night. The breakfast options were simple. There were bagels, and rock hard scones. No bread. There were bacon/ turkey or pork sausage patty and scrambled eggs or quiche with feta and kale (gross !). My room was cleaned and freshened up when I didn't have the do not disturb sign out. Great area to stay at while in Glendale. The place looks new and uptodate. Our stay was nice and comfortable, with the room being so spacious.We had a regular size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and things necessary for your kitchen. The king bed and couch was huge and comfy. I loved their remote activated, electrical retractable blinds that gave u the blackout or sheer options. We were greeted and received our room immediately once we booked at this marriot bonvoy hotel. I booked through the bonvoy app 5 min before arriving and we were concerned they wouldn't have a room available to us immediately.. but they did and were so informative at the front desk. I'm asian and I didn't experiencing any racism or workers not abiding by the covid guidelines... based off of other reviews. Everyone had their mask on accept for some visitor I saw in the hallway. But What can u do.. maybe I couldve reported him? It wasn't the hotel staff but the person who decides to take off the mask.. if the workers weren't there to catch them... well, what can u do? Kick em out immediately?! They have hand sanitizers throughout the hotel and cleaners on top of things. The laundry room is convenient for people staying for longer stays. The pool closes at 11pm.. later than other hotels. They even provide happy hour during your stay at the bar. $3 off well, wine drinks. The full bar is a nice place to hang out, before heading to west gate, casinos or top golf all within less than 5 min away from the hotel. The morning we got to hot meals of sausage and egg and cheese jalapeño biscuits, yogurt, granola and oatmeal... we got to pack with us ina baggie to go before we headed out. Check out was at 12pm. The only downside is as that on our second room floor their was a musty smell throughout the hallway. Good thing this morning i saw a plug in are freshener to mask the smell. read more

They score a 3 simply because their staff is very friendly and the location is in terrific proximity to other amenities. However, in a short stay, there were at least three different non-guests that ventured on to the property to use the lobby restroom & take part in the "guest" breakfast options. One guy took the food to a stairwell within the building and sat, partially blocking the stairs, as he spread the food and refreshments out on the carpet. The front desk staff were alerted and they advised that there was nothing they could do other than call a manager. This represents a safety issue that should be rectified immediately & not tolerated in any way. This relatively new facility will not remain in good condition very long if the described activity is allowed to continue. It would appear that those who are experiencing homelessness in the area have taken it upon themselves to use this location as a refuge. read more

I was visiting this town for work and my job put me in this hotel to stay for 5 days.... They had to extend my stay for an additional 4 days and they day I was supposed to check out is the day my job extended my stay. The manager called and forced us out of our room to "service" the room! I don't allow anyone in or around my stuff when I'm not around.. I was going to just stay in the room but they said they couldn't service the room with me in it. I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW! read more

Stayed here last weekend for the Metallica concert and really liked it. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom, full size fridge, dishwasher, 2 burner stove and great location to the stadium. A bit disappointed with the lounge hours and think it's ridiculous how they gouge everyone on the room rates because an event is going on but others than that, would stay there again. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at any Hotel. We had booked a room previously through Travelocity but upon arrival they told us are room was unavailable. They were unable to refund us our room since it was through a third party site. Worst of all though was how management handled the situation. The manager was the rudest, most unprofessional person to ever manage a hotel. When pleading with him to assist us with our situation he said he didn't have to do anything for us, and threatened to call the cops on us for trespassing. We were shocked with how quick he was to turn on us after we complained. I'm pretty sure the manager was racist and discriminated against us. Please do not give this place your money, we were disgusted by how we were treated. Stay Away. read more

Thank you so much for the wonderful service and accommodation! My A/C has not been working for days and my family had finally had enough of sleeping in the heat when the thermostat started reading 89 degrees, so we had to find a safe place to sleep that could take pets in a hurry and I'm so glad we chose this place. The price was great, not too cheap and not too expensive even with the deposit you have to put down if you have pets. The room was nice and clean and well stocked. The early morning desk manager was even able to get us a room right next to an exit as one of my dogs is very...well...set in her ways lets put it. She's a sweetheart but only after she's had a lot of time to get to know you; if you're a stranger, however, she tends to get loud so being able to get outside quickly when my dogs needed to do their business was a major plus here. Every employee I met was welcoming and helpful. I don't have many occasions to stay in hotels but if I'm ever in need of one I'll make sure its a TownePlace again! read more

I want to thank Lance the Front Office Manager for going above and beyond as we checked in to TownePlace Suites . We came from California to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary here in Glendale. He asked the reason for our visit and when I told him of our anniversary he jumped into to action with Champagne and rose pedals on our floor and bed. He called staff to quickly decorate our room all I had to do is stall my wife telling her the room is almost ready so we stayed at the car for a few minutes. The look on her face I will never forget, and it looked like right out of the movies! Thanks again Lance for going above and beyond and making our stay so memorable will done!! read more
