    Complimentary Breakfast
    Deni G.

Wish I would have said thank you! Remember when the day started with a hot cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast? At the Residence Inn, the good things never change. On Saturday, I woke up early to meet my father at the Residence Inn for breakfast. The breakfast area was packed. To be honest I think everyone decided to eat at the same time. I can understand why the complimentary breakfast at the Residence Inn is delicious. They have all the favorites like hot waffles, sausage and eggs, buttermilk biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, muffins, hot and cold cereals, beagles, juice, milk and piping-hot coffee. So as I sat I let the aroma of fresh brewed coffee fill the air as I read the morning newspaper and prepared for the day's activities. As I sat reading the paper what I failed to realize was the one person who made breakfast so enjoyable. She was the cook, the greeter, the person who cleared the tables, and kept the food stocked. Yes, one dedicated staff member did it all! I wish I would have thanked her ... for her dedication to provide excellent customer service. Not once did she not meet the needs of the guest and did it all with a smile. I hope to see her again so I can say thank you!

Nice Hotel, a little older but clean !!! My husband and I travel quite a bit and this is our First time Staying Here. The front lobby is very open with an expansive stairway leading to the second floor. We were greeted by two front Desk receptionists who were very friendly to us when we checked in. They told us they were having some remodeling done but everything looked good to us, No Dust, etc. Our room was on the second floor and was the perfect size for our Mom and us. The bathroom is spacious and has a Jacuzzi Tub, although a lot of travelers these days are a little older and a walk in shower would be better suited. There are no drawers or a cabinet in the bathroom so better not stay a few days. When we returned from dinner we met two other people at the check-in desk, Isaac and Virginia, they were both a pleasure to talk with and were very knowledgeable about the hotel !! Also this Hotel has Solar on the roof !! Wonderful for the environment and why not since the sun shines here A Lot !! Great Job guys !! We're looking forward to the Included Breakfast !!!

My one week stay at this Residence Inn was fairly good. My suite was clean and spacious. Nice comfortable living room and kitchen area. The A/C was controllable and did well throughout my stay. The first night the bed sheets had a mild bleach smell but after having them changed, I had no problems at all. The hotel staff and room service personnel were friendly and professional at all times. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good but not much variation but enough to start the day. The privacy at this hotel is great with several entrances besides the front desk secured by key card access only. The parking lot had plenty of spaces throughout the hotel and had no problems at all. The one issue I did have was with the laundry service. A few of my shirts were stained by an oily liquid which I was able to remove with a fresh wash once I made it home. Not professional at all and very expensive which is the reason I dropped one star. I recommend this Residence Inn and will definitely stay here again.

Not a five star hotel with chocolate on your pillow but there are two TV's in my King Suite. Fast wifi, friendly and helpful staff, what more could you ask for?!

It was pretty foul ..upon further inspection The smell was coming from the bathroom shower / drain. in the photos You can see that the bathroom has been moist and moldy for sometime as now the wallpaper and the baseboards are coming off. The quality of the room was not that great ..instead of finishing in fixtures They just took a straight blade razor and hacked it ....it looked pretty tacky. Also there's no lighting in the room. I felt like I was Benjamin Franklin writing the Declaration of Independence by candlelight in a dimly lit tavern. Microwave was not that presentable on the inside either . overall pretty disappointed, considering it is a Hilton brand and was about $200 for one night . there were no other rooms available or I would've asked to be moved . just fair warning sometimes you don't get what you pay for.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially compared to some "renovated" hotels I've stayed at in Las Vegas. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and it included a microwave and small fridge. Breakfast was included with a nice variety like cereal, bread, oatmeal, and make-your-own waffles (red velvet or vanilla). The location was convenient with Target, Cracker Barrel, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. Wish I had more time to enjoy the pool, but overall it was a pleasant last-minute stay and I'd definitely book again.

Different than other hotels, this one has a single door entrance. Easy to mistake it for the back or side entrance. Lobby is on the smaller side Once inside things are great. Once we got our key, wife commented hall way is one of the nicest hallways we saw Hotels in this chain tend to have standard height ceilings and occasionally popcorn. We were happily surprised w high ceilings w/o popcorn!!!. Interior was clean and furnishings looked fairly new. Bathroom looked newly renovated w sliding frameless shower doors. Minor ding: air conditioner was a bit loud; kids found tv small. Would easily come back. Bonus, can visit Buc-ee's for more souvenir :-)

Nice selections of mats, weights, and exercise balls. Water refill station. The AC was wonderful in there! (I always run hot!) We have no complaints about our stays here. Highly recommend!

There is also water, cold brew coffee, hot coffee, and tea available all day. There is breakfast that varies each day with a couple of hot items, always a pancake maker, and cereal/oatmeal. The actual hotel room is very minimalist. Hard floors throughout, open shelves and a bar to hang your clothes. There is a small dorm size fridge, but no microwave. Shower is a walk in and no tub. Complimentary shampoo, soap, and conditioner are large squeeze tubes mounted to the wall. My room was mostly clean but did have some obvious wear even though it's not that old. Overall, it was quiet and I slept great. Negatives - workout room has two treadmills and an exercise bike and a variety of balls and weight benches. But no weights! There were three medicine balls, three different sized kettle bells, and a two pound dumbbell. If you are looking for more than just cardio options, stay somewhere else. There are no nice restaurants within walking distance of this hotel (when it is 110 out) as of when I stayed there. There is a really nice looking White Castle and QuickTrip gas station next door, but everything else was a few blocks away. Oddities/tips They give you a parking pass and tell you to park around back. The pass says they charge $10/day for parking but I didn't get charged. This hotel has tons of parking around it so no idea why they would charge for parking. They don't have a pool per their website and don't tell you when you check in, but my key worked to access the pool next to the hotel! I wouldn't stay here if I wanted to be guaranteed a pool but it's worth trying if you decide you want to go for a swim! The pool is fairly small so maybe during peak use periods, Tru guests wouldn't have access. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again unless I thought the "game room" lobby would be handy like if I was traveling with a group of families or friends who wanted a place to hangout. The lacking workout equipment and no

Our room is minimalist (except for the nice 50" Samsung tv) but very functional. Lots of positive thinking everywhere--from the elevator to the soap dispensers. Floors are vinyl tile. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is good. Tv--excellent! Highly recommended, unless you're looking for luxury. We paid about $100/night.

We had an Oasis suite and it was spacious and it looked newly renovated. The bathroom had both a tub and a walkin shower and we had a first floor room so we could walk directly to the adult pool. We went swimming every afternoon we were there and other than one person for 10 minutes, we were the only ones swimming. One nice thing is that they provide pool noodles so we could float to our hearts content. From the time we checked in, every person on their staff was helpful and friendly. We found when we checked in that the valets offered a free shuttle throughout the resort. So one night we went to the golf course and took a shuttle there. Since it was 112° it was a great alternative to driving or walking. If we had one quibble, the exterior of the resort, could've used an update. For example, the adult soft water pool surround was cracked in many places. I guess trying to grow grass in Phoenix in the middle of summer is difficult, but it made the common areas look unkempt. But overall, we loved everything else about the resort and would highly recommend staying here.

The family pool was extremely crowded with children, which is expected for a family-friendly resort. We spent most of our time at the adult pool, which was much quieter and child-free. Unfortunately, the adult pool area felt like an afterthought compared to the family side. Several tiles in the pool were broken, giving the area a worn and somewhat neglected feel. The lounge chairs were not as nice as those at the family pool, and the cabanas also seemed less inviting and less maintained. The food and beverage experience was another disappointment. There was no traditional menu available at the adult pool. Instead, you had to scan a QR code on the drink menu to access food options and then call in your order yourself. It felt inconvenient and took away from the relaxing resort experience. One bright spot was the poolside service. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and checked on us regularly throughout the day. She did a great job and provided excellent customer service. While the adult pool provided a quieter atmosphere, it lacked the quality and amenities I expected.
