Very different bathroom sink configuration, no cabinet below !

Nice Hotel, a little older but clean !!! My husband and I travel quite a bit and this is our First time Staying Here. The front lobby is very open with an expansive stairway leading to the second floor. We were greeted by two front Desk receptionists who were very friendly to us when we checked in. They told us they were having some remodeling done but everything looked good to us, No Dust, etc. Our room was on the second floor and was the perfect size for our Mom and us. The bathroom is spacious and has a Jacuzzi Tub, although a lot of travelers these days are a little older and a walk in shower would be better suited. There are no drawers or a cabinet in the bathroom so better not stay a few days. When we returned from dinner we met two other people at the check-in desk, Isaac and Virginia, they were both a pleasure to talk with and were very knowledgeable about the hotel !! Also this Hotel has Solar on the roof !! Wonderful for the environment and why not since the sun shines here A Lot !! Great Job guys !! We're looking forward to the Included Breakfast !!!

Wish I would have said thank you! Remember when the day started with a hot cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast? At the Residence Inn, the good things never change. On Saturday, I woke up early to meet my father at the Residence Inn for breakfast. The breakfast area was packed. To be honest I think everyone decided to eat at the same time. I can understand why the complimentary breakfast at the Residence Inn is delicious. They have all the favorites like hot waffles, sausage and eggs, buttermilk biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, muffins, hot and cold cereals, beagles, juice, milk and piping-hot coffee. So as I sat I let the aroma of fresh brewed coffee fill the air as I read the morning newspaper and prepared for the day's activities. As I sat reading the paper what I failed to realize was the one person who made breakfast so enjoyable. She was the cook, the greeter, the person who cleared the tables, and kept the food stocked. Yes, one dedicated staff member did it all! I wish I would have thanked her ... for her dedication to provide excellent customer service. Not once did she not meet the needs of the guest and did it all with a smile. I hope to see her again so I can say thank you!

Not a five star hotel with chocolate on your pillow but there are two TV's in my King Suite. Fast wifi, friendly and helpful staff, what more could you ask for?!

My one week stay at this Residence Inn was fairly good. My suite was clean and spacious. Nice comfortable living room and kitchen area. The A/C was controllable and did well throughout my stay. The first night the bed sheets had a mild bleach smell but after having them changed, I had no problems at all. The hotel staff and room service personnel were friendly and professional at all times. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good but not much variation but enough to start the day. The privacy at this hotel is great with several entrances besides the front desk secured by key card access only. The parking lot had plenty of spaces throughout the hotel and had no problems at all. The one issue I did have was with the laundry service. A few of my shirts were stained by an oily liquid which I was able to remove with a fresh wash once I made it home. Not professional at all and very expensive which is the reason I dropped one star. I recommend this Residence Inn and will definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again, but it definitely wasn't 5 star…read more The staff at the front desk is amazing. Each employee we interacted with was friendly and SUPER accommodating. As a pet friendly hotel, I appreciated the pet area. I did NOT appreciate the maintenance workers that made it a point to showcase their fear of my pit bull/boxer mix. If you're afraid of dogs, please don't work in a hotel that allows pets. Breakfast is not worth it. It's all grab and go stuff. NO chairs by the pool, so even if we wanted to go swimming, there'd be nowhere for us to relax afterwards. We did hang out in the hot tub for a bit, but had to bring the towels from our room since none were available at the pool.

Steve asked hubby for name, skimmed the screen for 3 seconds and informed him there was no reservation. I asked him to check by last name first. Nope. Once hubby showed Steve his confirmation, the reservation magically appeared. Apparently it was hubby's entire name together without spaces. I would think that reservation would have stood out and been easy to locate but I guess not if you barely looked. We were given room 313. We ventured up to our room. The elevator was spacious yet in desperate need of new carpet... or clean carpet for starters. We walked in our room and it was nice. Spacious w a full kitchen, king bed, desk, pull out couch, etc. Overall the room was ok. It was clean and well stocked. Definitely needed a couch shampoo, new carpet as the carpet was coming up and a firm mattress. The tv was nice. It swivels and had a lot of channels. Walkable location as there are shopping centers, restaurants, coffee-shops nearby. Oh, this place offers free breakfast too and free on-site parking. Both of those amenities are always a plus!! I would stay here again.

There is also water, cold brew coffee, hot coffee, and tea available all day. There is breakfast that varies each day with a couple of hot items, always a pancake maker, and cereal/oatmeal. The actual hotel room is very minimalist. Hard floors throughout, open shelves and a bar to hang your clothes. There is a small dorm size fridge, but no microwave. Shower is a walk in and no tub. Complimentary shampoo, soap, and conditioner are large squeeze tubes mounted to the wall. My room was mostly clean but did have some obvious wear even though it's not that old. Overall, it was quiet and I slept great. Negatives - workout room has two treadmills and an exercise bike and a variety of balls and weight benches. But no weights! There were three medicine balls, three different sized kettle bells, and a two pound dumbbell. If you are looking for more than just cardio options, stay somewhere else. There are no nice restaurants within walking distance of this hotel (when it is 110 out) as of when I stayed there. There is a really nice looking White Castle and QuickTrip gas station next door, but everything else was a few blocks away. Oddities/tips They give you a parking pass and tell you to park around back. The pass says they charge $10/day for parking but I didn't get charged. This hotel has tons of parking around it so no idea why they would charge for parking. They don't have a pool per their website and don't tell you when you check in, but my key worked to access the pool next to the hotel! I wouldn't stay here if I wanted to be guaranteed a pool but it's worth trying if you decide you want to go for a swim! The pool is fairly small so maybe during peak use periods, Tru guests wouldn't have access. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again unless I thought the "game room" lobby would be handy like if I was traveling with a group of families or friends who wanted a place to hangout. I am extremely disappointed with how management handles customer property damage at this resort…read more While parked at The Wigwam, a stray golf ball from the nearby course struck the trunk of my 2025 Lexus ES 350, leaving a significant dent. There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

Hilton gold member; stay heavily in either Hilton or Marriott propeties (my wife has gold in…read moreMarriott). Between my wife and me we probably hit 60 nights combined a year and get a taste of a lot of properties. This property has a good location (especially for events and races at PIR) and is conveniently located right off of I10. Honestly, this place needs a full remodel and is not in very good condition. We just completed a two night stay on January 1, 2026 and will not be coming back until the hotel gets fully done. For the record, we have stayed at this property previously at least once or twice in the last 5 years and I don't remember it being in quite as bad condition as it is now. We were in room 236. Walls had damage in common areas and the room. Carpet stains galore both in the room and hallways. The bathroom was grubby; the grout looked like it had not been deep cleaned since the hotel opened in 2007 (distinctly possible). Media and charging solutions in the rooms are painfully outdated, especially given how many properties have been updating this recently. Back door did not lock properly to the parking lot which was not confidence inspiring. We skipped the breakfast both days, so no comment there. The Residence Inn nearby is a WAY better place to stay (much newer and nicer), even if it costs a bit more. Neighboring Hilton Garden Inn is also dated, but remember it being in a bit better condition (have not stayed there in at least 2 years iether though).

There was no body wash in the shower, something that housekeeping should be on top of so who knows if they are actually cleaning the rooms like they should be. The noise is incredibly loud, you can hear cars all day and night long. I would never, ever come back to this place and I highly suggest you look for a different hotel.
