This place was great. The front desk was helpful as I needed to check in early for a wedding I was attending. They accommodated me and I really appreciated it. The room was clean and bed comfy. I didn't eat the free breakfast so I can't say anything about that. All in all a good experience !

Loved this hotel and will definitely return. Clean, modern, friendly and plenty of parking. Large meeting area and common area. Room was spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend

I would stay here again, but it definitely wasn't 5 star…read more The staff at the front desk is amazing. Each employee we interacted with was friendly and SUPER accommodating. As a pet friendly hotel, I appreciated the pet area. I did NOT appreciate the maintenance workers that made it a point to showcase their fear of my pit bull/boxer mix. If you're afraid of dogs, please don't work in a hotel that allows pets. Breakfast is not worth it. It's all grab and go stuff. NO chairs by the pool, so even if we wanted to go swimming, there'd be nowhere for us to relax afterwards. We did hang out in the hot tub for a bit, but had to bring the towels from our room since none were available at the pool.

Steve asked hubby for name, skimmed the screen for 3 seconds and informed him there was no reservation. I asked him to check by last name first. Nope. Once hubby showed Steve his confirmation, the reservation magically appeared. Apparently it was hubby's entire name together without spaces. I would think that reservation would have stood out and been easy to locate but I guess not if you barely looked. We were given room 313. We ventured up to our room. The elevator was spacious yet in desperate need of new carpet... or clean carpet for starters. We walked in our room and it was nice. Spacious w a full kitchen, king bed, desk, pull out couch, etc. Overall the room was ok. It was clean and well stocked. Definitely needed a couch shampoo, new carpet as the carpet was coming up and a firm mattress. The tv was nice. It swivels and had a lot of channels. Walkable location as there are shopping centers, restaurants, coffee-shops nearby. Oh, this place offers free breakfast too and free on-site parking. Both of those amenities are always a plus!! I would stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new and has some unique features. The lobby has a lot of open seating,…read moregames, and a free pool table that is surprisingly level. There is also water, cold brew coffee, hot coffee, and tea available all day. There is breakfast that varies each day with a couple of hot items, always a pancake maker, and cereal/oatmeal. The actual hotel room is very minimalist. Hard floors throughout, open shelves and a bar to hang your clothes. There is a small dorm size fridge, but no microwave. Shower is a walk in and no tub. Complimentary shampoo, soap, and conditioner are large squeeze tubes mounted to the wall. My room was mostly clean but did have some obvious wear even though it's not that old. Overall, it was quiet and I slept great. Negatives - workout room has two treadmills and an exercise bike and a variety of balls and weight benches. But no weights! There were three medicine balls, three different sized kettle bells, and a two pound dumbbell. If you are looking for more than just cardio options, stay somewhere else. There are no nice restaurants within walking distance of this hotel (when it is 110 out) as of when I stayed there. There is a really nice looking White Castle and QuickTrip gas station next door, but everything else was a few blocks away. Oddities/tips They give you a parking pass and tell you to park around back. The pass says they charge $10/day for parking but I didn't get charged. This hotel has tons of parking around it so no idea why they would charge for parking. They don't have a pool per their website and don't tell you when you check in, but my key worked to access the pool next to the hotel! I wouldn't stay here if I wanted to be guaranteed a pool but it's worth trying if you decide you want to go for a swim! The pool is fairly small so maybe during peak use periods, Tru guests wouldn't have access. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again unless I thought the "game room" lobby would be handy like if I was traveling with a group of families or friends who wanted a place to hangout. The lacking workout equipment and no

Extremely disappointing communication and customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with how management handles customer property damage at this resort…read more While parked at The Wigwam, a stray golf ball from the nearby course struck the trunk of my 2025 Lexus ES 350, leaving a significant dent. There are no "park at your own risk" warning signs posted anywhere in this parking area. I immediately reported the damage to security, who came out and filed an official incident report. I was assured that the Director of Operations, Sheffield Crosby, would reach out to me the following Monday with the results of their investigation. It has been complete radio silence ever since. Despite leaving voicemails and sending an email, management refuses to return my calls, acknowledge the incident, or address my concerns. It is incredibly frustrating that a resort of this caliber simply sweeps incidents like this under the rug and pretends they never happened once you leave the property. If you are visiting or staying here, be highly aware that your vehicle is at risk of damage from the golf course, and the leadership team will completely ignore you when it happens. Park at your own risk, because management certainly won't take any responsibility. TO THE OWNER: no need to reply with a "we are disappointed," "we are committed to customer service," or similar generic comments. You had plenty of opportunities to make this right.

Hilton gold member; stay heavily in either Hilton or Marriott propeties (my wife has gold in…read moreMarriott). Between my wife and me we probably hit 60 nights combined a year and get a taste of a lot of properties. This property has a good location (especially for events and races at PIR) and is conveniently located right off of I10. Honestly, this place needs a full remodel and is not in very good condition. We just completed a two night stay on January 1, 2026 and will not be coming back until the hotel gets fully done. For the record, we have stayed at this property previously at least once or twice in the last 5 years and I don't remember it being in quite as bad condition as it is now. We were in room 236. Walls had damage in common areas and the room. Carpet stains galore both in the room and hallways. The bathroom was grubby; the grout looked like it had not been deep cleaned since the hotel opened in 2007 (distinctly possible). Media and charging solutions in the rooms are painfully outdated, especially given how many properties have been updating this recently. Back door did not lock properly to the parking lot which was not confidence inspiring. We skipped the breakfast both days, so no comment there. The Residence Inn nearby is a WAY better place to stay (much newer and nicer), even if it costs a bit more. Neighboring Hilton Garden Inn is also dated, but remember it being in a bit better condition (have not stayed there in at least 2 years iether though).

I would give 0 stars if possible, this place is a disgrace to the Hilton name and brand. The rooms…read moreare very dated and basic, they are beat up and worn down, and security is obviously NOT a concern for them seeing how my lock on the door was ripped off and hadn't been fixed. There was no body wash in the shower, something that housekeeping should be on top of so who knows if they are actually cleaning the rooms like they should be. The noise is incredibly loud, you can hear cars all day and night long. I would never, ever come back to this place and I highly suggest you look for a different hotel.

Quality Inn and Suites, Goodyear, AZ 3 stars for Potential…read moreMy husband and I had to move back to Phoenix for his cancer treatments. His daughter made the arrangements and paid for us to stay 2 weeks-plus. This hotel is located on Dysart, next to the I-10 Freeway. The first thing we noticed was that the Lobby Doors were dirty and smudged and that the lobby itself was small for a 160-room hotel. There was no room where anyone could go and use their laptops. The lobby itself was relatively clean but the seating was uncomfortable. All the staff were extremely new to their jobs. NOTE TO THOSE WHO MAY HAVE TAKEN PART IN A PROMO FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE- DO NOT COUNT ON THEM HONORING THAT PROMO AS IT CONCERNS A FRANCHISE. They had recently been remodeling but it looks to have been a very stingy remodel of the rooms. Our room was located at the back of the hotel, right next to the freeway which was noisy when you opened the door but when closed, the traffic could barely be heard. The room's bathroom was relatively new, with a large roll-in shower for those who are handicapped. BTW, IF you are disabled and need a "roll-in shower", you must be very clear about it because just saying you want a handicap-friendly room means (to the reservations agent or front of the house management), you just need safety bars with the tub. The beds were comfortable (the box springs were old, stained), a bit high off the floor but we managed. The furniture shows wear and is by no means new but functional, standard TV and channels were available along with a good, simple microwave and a fridge that seems to be self-regulated (the more food in the fridge, the colder it became.) The room wasn't as clean as I am used to but then, they were way understaffed in the housekeeping department at that time. The walkways were dirty, hadn't been swept and unwashed; the parking lot had not been cleaned for a bit either. They could use a new surfacing and painting for parking lines. Drainage needs to be established in the parking area near the wall next to the freeway; it rained and we had to wade in 3-inch puddles of water to get out of the car. The Other parking in front of our row of rooms required handicap tags. Fact is, that the front and back of the house management staff is too newly on the job (from 3 months to 6 months) so they said. As for the free WIFI, it was unstable at best but most of the time, non-existent in our room, and I consider it a misrepresentation. I could get no much-needed research done. They had a free breakfast available; typical processed eggs, sausage patties, a horrible sausage gravy, mass produced pastries...the usual low- cost breakfast selection. There was a decent IHOP and Black Bear Restaurants very nearby. I did take up the problems I noticed with the manager and head housekeeper but both of them were too defensive to hear what I was trying to suggest to them. They were offended and dismissive. This doesn't surprise me as I was told the hotel was a franchised property. This hotel should and may well be, more efficient, cleaner, develop a better first impression, hold on to productive housekeeping staff to reduce turnover (by training them in multiple methods), will keep the rooms and public areas cleaned in a timely manner. None of the housekeeping staff we met had uniforms or name tags but every one of them were sweet-tempered and accommodating (but working way too hard.) The housekeepers (no, I never call them maids), were hard-pressed for time to clean the rooms correctly and obviously did not have enough linen. What was placed on the bed was extremely wrinkled sheets but clean; the sheets should never look as though they just came off another bed. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN EVER! This hotel has a great deal of potential. Having worked in hotels, resorts and private estates for over 40 years, I observe hotels very differently from the management and staff. I have been a guest, a staff member and management. I hope for the sake of the guests and the staff, that management listens to not just their egos but the guests and whoever has the wisdom and experience to make their jobs something to be proud of. Maintenance and cleaning methods can be made easier to implement and for goodness sake, call Trans World Network and get a strong, consistent, full coverage WFI system in the hotel IF at all possible. The first name on the sign says QUALITY...make it so! Running a hospitality business is hard, tedious work but it's also an art form: creating a memorable experience for the guests is a goal, that if reached, will bring more business and positive reviews than just mediocre ones. We would stay again if we had to but mostly because of the roll-in shower and the housekeepers who always made us feel welcome.

Stained sheets. TV doesn't swivel so you can't watch it in bed. FILTHY couch. Grease stains…read moreeverywhere on it. I wouldn't even sit on it. Live and dead bugs in the shower. Didn't even shower while I was here, it was THAT gross. Toilet was so busted we had to call maintenance in to fix it just so it would flush. They did offer us to switch rooms but with 2 dogs, that wasn't the best solution. Refused to even attempt the pool because of the filth. Disabled our room keys BEFORE check out time (11am regular check out and we were guaranteed a late check out at 12pm, but the keys were disabled around 10:30am) so we got locked out when we took our dogs out for a walk. Had to march my angry butt to the complete other side of the hotel to get them reactivated, all while my dogs were outside in 90° weather. Unacceptable. 1/2 extra star because the front desk staff is really nice (they can't help they work for a crappy hotel) and they do have a big real grass area for pets. But no bags in the pet station so there is dog waste everywhere. Stay anywhere else if you're looking to stay for more than 1 night.
