I stayed here only for one night, but it was the night that mattered. The Towneplace Suites was perfectly suitable for a 4th of July stay in Albuquerque. I was surrounded by private fireworks all night and the staff also suggested a great view point up in the hills where I could see all the fireworks being thrown up across the city. The room itself was clean and well appointed with a sumptuous breakfast of breakfast sausage and powdered eggs and all the grains one could ask for. Its proximity to Old Town meant easy access to nearby sights and the freeway, so I would definitely give the place a consideration.

Stayed here in November 2024 and had a great experience. The check in process was smooth and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean and the kitchenette was fully stocked. Having a larger room and bathroom was a nice surprise. The closet was a nice touch especially for longer stays. I didn't take advantage of the included breakfast but it was a nice selection. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our family trip was ruined. We all got severe food poisoning from the hotel breakfast buffet. While we were sick in the room, the front desk called and forced us to move rooms because they "needed our suite to upgrade someone else." They literally kicked a sick family out of their room for a free upgrade for a stranger. It was cruel and chaotic.

It's a very new hotel. It's very conveniently located near many restaurants and other attractions in the Old Town area and near the Pueblo Cultural Center. It's also about expectations; everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful.  There are so many cool places nearby you'll have fun just seeing them. They got me the type of room I wanted with no problem. The rooms were clean and nice.  The room's itself had all the space I needed and  a Mini refrigerator and coffeemaker, which I use. Everything was working just fine and very clean  I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that it could the hotel was great and made for relaxing stay. I stayed for almost three weeks.

Great hotel in a wonderful area of Albuquerque. The Hotel is very clean within walking distance to eateries and Starbucks. I will definitely choose this location of TownePlace Suites again when in Albuquerque, NM.

BED BUGS. Not sure if these are actual bed bugs or fleas or some other type of bug but when I turned down the sheet, there were bugs in the bed. The assistant manager was rude and unkind and while they offered to move us, we had already unpacked after a very long 2 days of driving, all I wanted to do was sleep for a few hours and get out! The shower had mold and was dirty. They refused to refund the full cost of the room. Stay elsewhere.

Having the opportunity to regularly stay over many accommodations across and occasionally outside the country, not a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed as what I believe is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. But before my scoring, I must say, this has been one of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel I've had regardless of its spectrum of price, quality and/or location. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 4.5]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score: 5.0]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 5.0]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 5.0]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 5.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score:5.0]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 4.9. Exceptional. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: the availability of frozen meals available for emergency eats situations in lobby; extensive comfortable seating and TVs in the lounge area; comfortable seating in both outdoor eating patio and smoking section with the creature comforts of seating outside for we smokers; and well-lit exteriors. Most negative points found here are: were basically none. My price to value to overall assessment: very, very, very good.

NEW HOTEL- Only one year old. The hotel is immaculate and staff is friendly and looks happy to work here. Parking Is free and lot looks secure. Lobby is spacious with lots of seating in 2 large TV's period, the decor is very cute and represents things about New Mexico period, one thing that we found interesting was that there was no Christmas decorations and it was Christmas Day period, there is a gym and indoor pool at the hotel period, rooms are well sized period TV is a bit odd, as far as words placed to the right of the bed period, there's a full kitchen in the room, including a large size fridge or dishwasher stove top microwave period beds are pretty comfortable and the room was quiet, I really didn't hear much noise except for a dog barking from a different room period, the hotel smells and looks very clean and well maintained, create Thursday, this is on hand hygiene with lots of can shield stations period. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, with good variety or hot and cold items for free. There is no electric car charging. The Indian Cultural Center is a short drive away and WELL worth visiting. Azarei, See See and Maria were standouta. We would definitely stay here again

I've heard the restaurant is fantastic, but I think we waited too long to get a reservation there. The grounds are beautiful! They have a store connected to the restaurant, but it had closed by the time we got there. We did go back and check out the store another day and it's pretty cool. We sat out back where there are little seating groups, a fire pit, a field, and a view of the mountains. We sat by the fire pit, had cocktails, watched the sun set over the mountains, met some people and had fun and interesting conversations. It was the perfect way to end the day. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I were to ever go back to Albuquerque!

I will say that it is a cool venue in an old house with lots of little rooms, and that can make it more intimate or more disconnected depending on your outlook. The night I was there, there was an odd mix of young and old customers. I guess that's good. In the end, it's basically an expensive night club with a cash bar. For some folks, it's an alternative to cheaper dance clubs down on Central. More exclusive and hipper, but man, you are gonna pay for it through the nose. Ultimately, this is not my scene and this is not New York.

There was connecting rooms and multiple DJ's in each. They each had their own genre of music they were spinning. The place was decorated well, it was clean and the atmosphere was nice. No hovering men this evening. The line to get in on a Friday night wasn't deathly and women get in free. Parking was no problem as well, AND was free. I have to comment on the bathroom. I cannot speak for the men, but the womens restroom was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the drinks. I feel they are stingy with the brew. Maybe it's my tolerance, but I like a good vodka taste. I would definitely be back again. I think this place deserves to be seen and reviewed more often. Try it. Love it Yelp it...

All staff are friendly and attentive. The bar is gorgeous with a wide selection of liquors and a handful of good wines. The bartender is a bit too sedate but makes a great old fashioned. So, wifey and I took our drinks outside into the zen garden and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere outside. There is a fountain with relaxing water sounds and two large fire pits. Ample seating for many people out there. One evening, the general manager and assistant general manager had a small soiree and we got to know the assistant general manager. He is a very warm and welcoming person who put a personal touch on our visit. Our room was gorgeous with a large comfy king bed. The one thing I wish we had done is upgrade it to a room with a balcony, but that will come next time. The bathroom is large, clean, and spacious. They didn't miss much. We had average cocktails made by the slowest bartender I have ever seen. It wasn't crowded or busy and it still took him way too long to make one drink.
