I researched the paint used and it is paint that requires primer on Aluminum....my gate is aluminum. I would never recommend this Ass-Clown to do work for me ever again. He was sloppy, did not communicate with me, and as mentioned in the earlier review, he cancelled work dates on me a few times. Now I find out that he cut corners on the application of paint on my job. If you ask me..............AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-AVOID..... There are better providers out there.............take your time and find the RIGHT guy to do the job. I would NEVER use Fusion Art 808.......never...never.

We had issues with communication and appt setting which was at 10 am but he didn't get my text to confirm. I am happy Dave text rhe mirning of my appt. and asked me to call him, so I called and told him I was waiting, so he had to shower etc, time was pushed back to 12, and it was not a problem. It pays to be flexible!! Dave showed up got straight to work. Removed old fan/light combo installed my new fan/light with remote control. (It's a plus!! ) In less than an hour!! My tall son had to help him hold the fan up in place to screw in. Some jobs need extra hands, no problem. Dave also replaced the broken fan blade in my living room, no charge!! Pros: Knowledgeable and very reasonable. Came with a can-do attitude. Cons: Not an issue with me, I had to clean up area. Just mentioning time and cleaning just in case someone expects more!! For me I am 100% satisfied. Especially when another company quoted me $700 to install the fan. Ridiculously shameful! Would I use Handiman Dave again.. Definitely Do I recommend Handiman Dave. 100% and he is backed by Yelp. Tell Dave Ann from Kapolei recommended him.

When I got the keys to my newly purchased condo in June 2021, I hired Dave to install a new window…read moreAC unit. He had a very good price so I went with him over a few other handymen. All I have to say is, "You get what you pay for." I'm being fair with 3 stars because he definitely did the job he was hired to do, but at the same time, with his experience, he didn't consider or suggest making the installation water tight. I do remember him commenting that there was caulking all throughout the outside wall around the AC unit. He said that was overkill and it wasn't necessary. The AC unit that was removed was bigger than the new one, so the hole left was quite big. It was good while I didn't live in the condo while I had work done, as well as it not raining as much since it was Summer. but then a few weeks ago, my wife and I started to notice water damage to our laminate flooring, which appeared to spread from the AC as the source. Top it off, a neighbor above had a fast leaking AC unit, which was also dripping water into this hole. After having hired another handyman to fix the job just this past Friday, this new handyman confirmed that the hole that was left open allowed rain to penetrate into the open section to the left of the AC, which allowed for water to pool and build up in the wall, which eventually spread beneath the floor. Quite disappointing, as anyone could imagine since now I have to hire a contractor to find flooring that will match my existing floors, rip out my newly installed expensive baseboards and the damaged flooring to fix everything because I wanted to save about $150.. I'm not in anyway trying to deter anyone from hiring Dave. I'm sure he is competent, but just think for yourself at times and question what is right and wrong. Especially if you see that something is done or set up a certain way in your home, make sure you have him fully inspect and determine if shortcuts are okay.

The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that David Kelly is one of the best that I have done business with. I am lucky that we were given the opportunity to work with him.

His friendliness and work ethic had us going back to him when we were ready to replace the gutters in June 2025. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Once they were done, David returned to fabricate and install our new gutters. He and his assistants were very careful on our tile roof and finished the job as scheduled. We are very happy with David's work and would highly recommend him to others.

Absolutely amazing work. Father and daughter team work together as the father (the worker) speaks very little English. She translates for him and if she is not on the job site, she is only a phone call or text away. She answers immediately. (Incidentally, I didn't have to use this option except when it was time to pay; I didn't want him to leave before I paid him.). And the father is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He takes no breaks, just works continuously. And very solid, quality work, too! I could not be more pleased with the final repair job. If I could give (6) stars, I would!

I'll post a picture of the additional rail tomorrow. Update: Safety inspection for senior fall prevention was done for the house. Someone could slip under the rail and off the steps. Feina did ask if I wanted one or two rails during the estimate but I didn't know why - so I said one.

The job was originally done by Moses, but there was an error with his repair. Moses was super quick to respond via yelp and very quick to give me an estimated quote for vinyl fencing about 65 ft long. His estimated quote was very reasonable compared to other vendors out there. There's actually a lot of competition out there on this island so I'm sure it's tough for these vendors. I asked Moses if he would like to check out the job/area prior to starting the work just in case it's not what he was expecting. It was just slightly longer than 65 ft and Moses adjusted the quote accordingly. He started literally the next day and completed the entire custom vinyl fencing in about 5 days. The vinyl fencing was built on an existing rock wall and it wasn't exactly level, so everything was pretty much custom done! Amazing. Very happy with our new vinyl fencing around the front of our home. Looks super clean and now we can use the area for our dogs! Thank you so much and I totally would recommend Moses.

He arrived every day like on the minute when he said he'd be there. The work he did was excellent, living room looks brand new. The wall, ceiling, trim, all the paint and floor, everything the storm destroyed you wouldn't even know.
