We had called inquiring about his services and explained briefly over the phone what the problem was with our truck and that we wanted to have him take a look to see what could be done to fix it He was informative, explained his diagnostic fee, sent us an invoice via email and scheduled an appointment in just a few days. He also explained the diagnostic fee went towards any repair balance, which I thought was such a phenomenal thing!! His communication was completely thorough letting us know when he was nearby, and felt like throughout the entire process he constantly communicated with us next steps, status etc. Communication is a HUGE factor to me, in exceptions customer service because it keeps the consumer in the loop and establishes a firm amount of trust in someone doing a service for you. Prior to him coming out we provided over the phone make model VIN year and Donald explained he was going to do some analysis on the car prior to coming out to see usual car maintenance by this age of this vehicle etc. I have NEVER been asked that for any type of repair work, at any shop etc. The willingness to do research on this specific car, made me feel like he was customizing this experience just for us!! Who does that? We were already off to an amazing start!! Upon arrival to our home Donald was completely thorough, we explained what we experienced while driving the truck. He briefly discussed a few possible issues it could have , then jacked it up to take a look. He ordered the parts we agreed upon a return time and true to his word he returned and repaired our truck. We test drove it to ensure the issue was resolved and it was like there was never a issue in our truck to begin with I find it extremely hard to find auto mechanics to be honest and not charge an arm and leg for there services and I am so happy to have found Donald's services. If I could give him 12 starts out of 10 I would!! He was honest, knowledgeable, informative, and the most important thing was the job was completed and our cars working perfectly!! I wasn't sure what was going on, but I knew it had to be looked at before It got worse. I contacted Dansen's Auto Repair and described over the phone what I've been experiencing. I go to Dansen's for safety check and oil changes as they always do excellent work and the prices are affordable. They were busy, but let me know it was OK for me to bring my car in and they were going to look at my car once they were done taking care of the automobiles they were working on at the moment. The narrowed it down to my starter, contacted me and ask if I wanted to move forward with replacing the starter. I said yes. They replaced the starter, tested it and contacted me to let me know. that my car was ready to be picked up. They finished it sooner than expected. I was so happy because my car gets me to frequent doctor appointments and physical therapy. She said I could leave it until then and to just make sure I was the registered owner to authorize the work. Then she came back and said they couldn't get to it and I would have to have it towed out of their parking lot. I called the tow truck and he came to get it within minutes. They then told me that we were holding up their operation as he was getting it on the truck. It took 15 minutes to get it on the truck. A&Z Towing was great if you ever find yourself in need of a tow.

I called to schedule an appt for safety check. Guy on the phone said to come at 1pm. I arrived at…read morethe shop at 12:30-12:40. The guy said the boss wasn't in to come back at 1. I returned at EXACTLY 1pm and saw there was a car in the garage so the guy tells me that as soon as this car is done I could pull in. I waited maybe 10mins. The car pulls out and the guy waves me to come in. He guides me all the way into the garage and takes my registration and insurance cards. He begins walking around my vehicle looking at my car and checking whatever around the car. At this point it's 1:15pm. He walks into the office with my paperwork and Immediately comes back out and tells me, "Sorry..we're going on lunch". I was like, what? You told me to come back at 1. I was here before 1. And mind you, I took off on my lunch break to be there at 1pm because this is when I was told I could come. I'm not sure why they decided to take a lunch break when I was there when they told me to come. I'll never come back to this place for anything.
