I picked up one of their double gong rifle setups from Young Guns, another awesome company. After thousands of rounds and letting newbie friends shoot at it, the large gong broke and the frame was beat up bad. I was bummed out and just thought to purchase another one, but fortunately the gentleman on the bench next to me had the same setup and told me that he had recently had his serviced by Fabtek Engineering , and said to contact them. I did, and Jerome quickly responded and is such an awesome guy to work with. He even met up with me to pick up my broken targets and frame. Turnaround time was really quick, and again he met up with me to drop it off. To top it off, it looked brand spanking new! If I could I would give Fabtek 10 stars I recently picked up a basic steel frame kit which was really well built fast forward a week or so when I took some family members shooting at Koko Head one of my family members hit the hinge where the pin sits and blew that out, I was pretty bummed that my first time out my brand new frame was ruined so I decided to email Fabtek and the following day I got an email back from Jerome saying to call him. We ended up meeting half way and he answered all of my questions I had at the time and took my frame and said it would be a few days, next thing you know a few days later I get a text saying it's ready to be picked up so we planned a day and place to meet. He pretty much made the hinge look like it was never shot out and even went the extra step to repaint my frame which was really awesome! If I could give this company a 10 star, I would Jerome responded within an hour of requesting a quote from 5 different vendors. We wanted to replace a window security grille on our front jalousie window He came in a couple days to take measurements and photos to see if he could do the job, he followed up with the quote which was very reasonable. He finished it in less than a week. We mentioned we were going on a trip in a couple weeks and he made an extra effort to get it done right away so we could have peace of mind on our trip. He did an excellent job on the window security grille. It was even better then the previous one the we had. It fit perfect. Although this was not really in his line of his business he did it anyway!! Needed custom length paddle targets for my set up. After searching the web, I could not find what I needed. I emailed Jerome with my specs and he put in my order with his steel cutters. I should have contacted him first. For a set of four 1/2 inch AR500 to my specs, I was very pleased with the price. If you need quality steel targets,or can't find what you need, give him a call or email him; he is very helpful and accommodating. He will work with you to get you exactly what you need. Also, if you have his Kokohead System and it's shot up, he will fix it for you. A lot of people who have the Kokohead System don't know about this service. His workmanship is excellent! So...new to the whole shooting steel thing, started about 2-3months ago. Have a typical steel pole "swing" setup and it handled 223 very well, but when we started shooting ww2 calibers at it...yeah the target held up but the chains would break under the stress. Replacing chain and connections gets old fast and thats when i saw these guys at the Gun Show. Figure, local guys, making something for local shooters? Im in. Got the medal/wood combo target at OGC, took it out to the range next chance i got, and bam we have a winner. Great guys, professional, and fast with repair work. Got only the basic koko head target and a 308 flapper from them, but im def going back for all my steel target needs. read more

Great design and a great company! I've got the dual gong target with the wooden target frame on top I bought from X-ring. Well built, perfect fit at Koko Head range. Regular 223 match ammo doesn't even faze the steel. Kids love to shoot the gongs: makes it a fun introduction to shooting for them. We bought the add on small diamond shape spinner target at the gun show.....even more fun!. It is great to have lots of options for the gongs with different shapes and thicknesses. My son shot through the pin area with an M1 Garand (not a recommended caliber for the small gongs) but Jerome repaired it perfectly. Thanks!! read more

Jerome at FABTEK is Outstanding! He stands behind his products 100%. I purchased his target about 2 years ago at the gunshow. I'm the world's worst shot so I am continually shooting out the wooden frame and wing nuts. Jerome replaces the shot out parts EVERY time without charge!! His GONG targets have never broken, I shoot 30-06, 308, 223, 300 Blackout and 6.5 Grendel. I've purchased his extra small, small, medium, large Gongs, and his flip targets. Needed some repairs done on our steel target and frame, called Jerome from Fabtek Engineering to tell him my situation, he said he could have it repaired in a few days and he would meet up with me to pick it up. A couple of days later, I got a text saying the repairs are done and he would deliver the target to me. To my surprise he repainted the target and frame, it looks brand new again. Awesome service and awesome work, and to top it off he didn't charge me anything for the repairs. He said it was repaired under warranty. Awesome guy! Thanks again Jerome, you're the man. read more

Fantastic customer service from Fab Tek Engineering! A lucky shot broke my gong. I contacted Jerome who promised to take care of it, free of charge. Not only that, he met me in Pearl City (mid-point driving for both of us). He didn't have to drive at all, but I really appreciate the extra effort, and saved me a lot of driving. A few short days later, I met him again at the halfway point. Sure enough, the gong looked new, he even painted it! Super friendly and professional. Awesome customer service, very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Targets are top notch and of the best quality that I have used among many I've bought locally and online. Welds are solid and targets have withstood high power calibers from .308 to .270, and function perfectly audibly and visibly as well when shooting rimfire. I purchased a steel gong and rifle frame stand last year at the semiannual gunshow. A week ago I shot the gong and broke it along the weld line.
