The hand rails for the steps are definitely sturdy and well constructed but home health pointed out the gap between the two base of the rail was too wide. Someone could slip under the rail and off the steps. Feina did ask if I wanted one or two rails during the estimate but I didn't know why - so I said one.

His friendliness and work ethic had us going back to him when we were ready to replace the gutters in June 2025. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Once they were done, David returned to fabricate and install our new gutters. He and his assistants were very careful on our tile roof and finished the job as scheduled. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. Called Precision Fabrication and spoke to Aaron regarding a stripped O2 sensor bung on my exhaust…read moremanifold that I needed to have replaced. Aaron was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. He proposed a couple different options to replace the bung, 1) a cheap & easy way or 2) a more expensive & harder way. I went with option 2 because although more expensive it was still reasonably priced. Dropped off the exhaust manifold on Tuesday morning, he said it would be ready for pick up on Wednesday morning. Tuesday afternoon I receive a text from Aaron saying that he was able to re-tap the damaged threads on the original bung and the exhaust was ready for pick up. He charged me a fraction of the price we discussed. He could have made a nice "chuck of change" if he replaced the bung but instead he rethreaded it and saved me a lot of money. Who does that in the day & age of looking out for "number one"? Someone with integrity, that's who. It was a pleasure doing business with Aaron. I had overtightened a reverse threaded impeller bolt that was attached to a pool motor. The head…read moreof the bolt had started to round so I couldn't unscrew it. I brought the motor to Rk Industries and asked if he could loosen the bolt. Fortunately for me the bolt also had a flat head screw driver head as well. He worked on the bolt a little bit with an impact driver and was able to loose the bolt enough so that the impeller would come off. Like the earlier commentor, this business is hard to find as it is located amongst several other commercial businesses. The cost of the service was very reasonable and if he wasn't able to get the impeller off, I was looking at purchasing a new impeller and a new backing plate to attach to the new motor.
