This was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with as yet no available vaccines. Yet this was the only gas station that I remember in which all of the employees were "masked up." I'm speaking only for "Holiday Stationstore #470" at 1212 Mullowney Lane in Billings MT. I cannot speak for the rest of the stores in this chain. I was impressed that this gas station/convenience store seemed to go against the red state red tide anti-masking culture. And of course I always wore a mask when out in public in October 2020. Also, the price for regular gas was only $2.189 per gallon on October 2, 2020. No such luck with that low of a gas price in Washington! Yes, I know. The clerk, who will remain nameless, grudgingly paid out my winning ticket, and said something like, "Reprint this?" after I placed the play slip on the counter and said something like, "I want to just play these numbers, reprint it or whatever". As I was leaving, he says, "Whatever". Struck me as just, rude and dismissive. Actually, every time I've gone to any Circle K location, most of the employees seem grumpy, and disinterested. Maybe the recent corporate shakeup wrecked their benefits, or pay scale? Or whatever?? Not my problem, nor is it any customer's problem. So out of desperation, my wife and I decided that I would run down to the holiday gas station in the hopes that their coffee might be decent, as many gas stations have Luke warm and barely mediocre coffee as well. I was so incredibly surprised that they had multiple types of fresh whole bean coffee where they grind the beans immediately when you make the cup and it was so good. Just about as good as premium coffee joints, like Starbucks, and even better than city brew. What an incredible and pleasant surprise. It's just too bad that even when you pay $360 for the top suite at Homewood suites, their coffee is disgusting and terrible. Bravo to holiday for having such an incredible coffee, selection of fresh beans for immediate grinding and enjoying. I didn't have time to look at all the other great selection of stuff they had there but I am feeling that it's probably pretty good.

He did not greet us at any point of the encounter and then acted like we were stealing a piece of jerky that we had already told him twice we had. Will never go there again because of this experience. The premises was nice and clean though.
