I called Roberts and get an estimate for about 1/2 as much. I got to say the trip was worth the time and mileage. They had the bike for about an hour and a half. The ride home was like riding a new machine. It was like when you get new ball joints in your car, you didn't realize how loose it was until you get it fixed and the car handles like a new one. Like that, the Spyder ride home was excellent. It was well worth the two hour ride each way. And I saved money, always a good thing, well usually a good thing. When I got home I told my wife, the folks over there seemed to care about my bike and seemed to really know what they were talking about. They also seemed to only want to only do what is needed and not "upsell" services. When I need my Spyder worked on again, Roberts will hear from me.

They always got to my car in a timely manner and are willing to go out of their way to help customers!!!

Star Route recently reopened Snell's as a second site, renaming it SR2 keeping Snell's old phone number. SR2 is not very busy since folks don't know it is just a branch of Star Route Auto Service.
