When I was younger, and more able bodied, I used to look forward to it. Getting into all the cracks and crevices was therapeutic to my OCD brain. And, the end result of a spotless car is very rewarding. The sense of accomplishment is unequaled. So, why the dread? Now, I have to get it done, and expect to not have my car for the day. Which means dropping it off the night before, and arranging to get it picked up at the end of the next day. Not a huge deal I suppose. Wouldn't it be better if the detailer could come to you? More so if they did a good job, and shared your attention to detail? May I introduce you to Biff's. I'm always skeptical of new companies trying to do what so many already do successfully. At the same time, I'm always willing to take a chance on the new guy on the block. After all, we all have to start somewhere. Mother Nature was smiling today when the car was scheduled to be cleaned. A beautiful spring day, birds chirping, sun shining, a light breeze..... He showed up on time - early actually - to set-up all the gear. To say he came well equipped would be an understatement. He worked methodically on the salt stained carpets, vacuuming all the crevices, even cleaning the door jams! Wheels got a full treatment of iron deposit remover, degreaser, and tire shine. Then the car got foamed, clay barred, and waxed/sealed. Later that day, my neighbor asked if we'd gotten a new car. I think that's a pretty good testament for a job well done. And, the treat left in the cupholder was DELICIOUS.

I feel compelled to write to you to tell you how very impressed and pleased I was with the effort and the care that you and your employee, Ronnie, put into the work performed on my vehicle that day. It seemed to me that your employee, Ronnie, took his time and paid close attention to every detail as it related to the work performed on my vehicle (Preparation and application of rust prevention/undercoat spray). I was also impressed with the fact that he replaced the complete rear window tint film due to a bubble supposedly caused by a tiny hair - of all things! Also, at one point that morning you loaned me your personal vehicle so that I can run a short errand while waiting for my own car. And, in addition to this, you offered me a can of rust protectant spray at no charge! You also have another employee who does undercoating (Sorry, I don't remember his name. Mark, I think?) I have been very impressed with the attention to detail he gave to my previous vehicle (2012 Jeep) when brought in for treatment in the past.
