She called AAA and they towed her to Martins. I called to check on the repair needed and they said it was a small repair and would be ready in an hour. 10 minutes later they called to say there was another problem and didn't have the part - they had the part overnighted and fixed it on a Saturday( they could have told us we wld have to wait til Monday). The rate for labor and parts was very reasonable and I am glad she now has a neighborhood garage for the next 2 years she will be I'm Potsdam. In another note, their customer service does not stop at the office but their gas locations like the one in Colton. Nancy, Trevor, Kasey, and Kim always great you with a smile and laugh at my jokes. They made moving to Colton from Boston more enjoyable- kind of like a Cheers location "where everyone knows your name". They came and gave me enough fuel for the evening and then helped me set up an account the next day. They have these handy sensors that go on top of your tank that tell them when your tank is getting low and they then schedule a delivery, that certainly beats having to guess if the gauge is accurate. I'd highly recommend them, they truly do care.
