When I dropped my car off, I had a great experience. Brittany, the manager that was working, was busy in the front floor area - checking me in for my appointment, taking calls, and closing out other appointments. She was very patient, very nice, and handled the stress very well. She apologized for the craziness but I told her it wasn't even a problem. She did the walk around of my car with me, then I paid for my services, and she took my keys. At this point, my experience was great!
It was a different story when I picked my car up. Two younger employees handed my keys back to me, gave me my alignment paperwork, and then casually told me that my front driver side wheel was missing the logo cap and that it was missing when I dropped my car off with them. I knew that my car was absolutely not missing any caps when I dropped it off to them (I especially knew because me and Brittany did a full walk around at drop off and if anyone would notice, it'd be me) and became extremely frustrated. They told me that their shop is spotless and that there was no way it got lost, but that it was definitely missing at drop off. After about ten minutes of arguing, I stormed out of the store, extremely unhappy and upset. I took a picture of my wheel, and 2 secs later, one of the kids comes out saying they just randomly found my cap in the shop room and he handed it back to me (I don't even know how he had enough time to walk to the shop, look around, and make it back outside to my car that quick but whatever).
As I was about to pull out, Brittany came out of the store to discuss this issue with me. She handled my concern very well and apologized for what happened. I understand that mistakes happen, but I didn't appreciate how the two shop employees were addressing it. It was almost like they had purposely not put it on and thought that since I was a young girl, that I wouldn't notice or care. Basically they just kept saying "you brought your car in like this!".
I would give Brittany, the cleanliness of the store, and the overall tire replacement 5 stars. But I am giving an overall 4 stars (which is generous) because of my experience with the other younger shop employees. Like I said earlier, I know mistakes happen and it's not that my cap was misplaced, but how the employees handled the situation. I left the store feeling disrespected and frustrated.
