I agree with most posts saying this was (past tense) the place for tires. I went there twice. 1st visit, the experience was great. I had emailed tire spec's, got a good price, installed fast. Great service. 2nd visit, started same, and was happy w/first service so I brought a box of Dunk's Munchkins for all in the shop to show my appreciation. Arrived and found out Roger ordered the wrong tire. "No problem" I said to him, we all make mistakes. We moved to discuss logistics of getting the tires I ordered: After he order them, Roger brought up pricing on the correct tires. He provided conflicting pricing information comparing to what he ordered by mistake, which I asked him to explain. That's when I found out Roger does not handle being asked questions very well. He completely lost his temper and began yelling saying " what do you want me to give you the tires for free!?" Roger was Completely Disrespectful, and Extremely Unprofessional. I had only asked for him to explain where he came up with the value that he provided. A reasonable question for a customer to ask when about to make a $1,400. + purchase. Lesson learned. Roger is not mature enough to handle being questioned. It will be fine if you don't ask questions and just give him your money. I took my quote elsewhere and got a better price for having his quote. Thanks Roger. I hope your employees enjoyed their Dunks'. They offer great service, but I will not return. read more

Made an appointment three days earlier. Had horrible wear on my front tire. Brought my CRV in. With winter just a couple of months away, I knew my other tires were not up to the snow. I have bought tires from them for 3 different vehicles in the last 6 months and when I price compared they had the best price but I was nervous if they would stand behind their work. Well today I had a flat on my SRT Challenger and dropped it off and they repaired the flat and let me know it had a nail in the tire and it was no charge. I arrived for my appointment and 40 minutes later with no communication and my car not being taken back to be worked on. I decided to leave. They are not the same small town business they used to be. I'm appalled at the man who answered the phone in 4/5/2023. I called because I needed two new tires and he was extremely rude to me and wasn't willing to help me. He told me that he had no more time to talk about my situation and hung up on me. I'm not sure who this man is but he's probably the same person in all of the other negative Google reviews; if he's the owner shame on him. If not, this man should be let go. I stopped by because my low tire light was on and I'd just added air, so I knew I had a slow leak. They took me right in, and service was very fast. But what I couldn't believe is that they refused to charge me for patching my tire! I'll be sure to come here next time we need tires. That's amazing! 10/10 recommend Route 10 Tire for all your tire needs. Made an appointment; they have a lot of convenient times available. I arrived at the scheduled time and my vehicle was brought back promptly. I was told it should take an hour or so, and it was exactly that, even though the parking lot had lots of cars. Tires look great, vehicle drives so smooth, feels brand new. Same story as Carl V, had a screw in my tire and a slow leak. Took it in and after about 15 minutes I was told that they had plugged it, it was all set and keys were in it. I asked what I owed and was told "no charge" The funny part is I had read Carl's review before and thought to myself, "I won't be so lucky" but I was! I will also say that while I was waiting that two other customers ahead of me were taken care of for different things and I could see that both were thrilled at the service they received. I told someone after that I felt like I was in the twilight zone! Sad but true, you don't see great customer service like this much anymore. Just came from there with my just-purchased used car which came from the dealer with new tires, one of which had a leak. Roger took care of that and installed new lug nuts which I supplied in under 20 minutes. He would not take any money for that service even though I did not buy the tires from him. So nice. These folks are great. I had the same experience that Tom D. & Carl V. reported. I picked up a large nail in my tire while I was driving in Granby. I am not from the area, but Google sent me toward Route 10 tire. I was expecting to replace the tire, but they wanted to look at it first. It took about 20 minutes and they pulled by car around out front, told me that all it needed was a plug, handed me the keys and said have a good day. I asked about the bill and was told that it was no charge. Service like this is hard to find and I will return for any future tire purchases. read more

Had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in the tire. Less than 10 minutes after I brought the car in to the shop they had the tire fixed and I was on my way. That isn't the end of the story. They told me no charge keys are in the car and have a nice day. You just don't get better customer service than this. I wish I could give Rt. 10 tire more than five stars! read more

I had to have all four tires replaced on my SUV. The got me in and installed the tires next day. I left my car there and later picked it up was a bit supprised that my tires where blue but realized that they just needed to be washed and after a little scrubbing they look amazing.
