I needed 4 new tires... they gave me awesome customer service and very reasonable pricing. They took my car back to work on and I was on my way home in no time! Very Pleased read more

When you buy your tires from Route 10 Tire, they rotate your tires for free and repair nail damage for free.

brought 2 trucks with a list of stuff to do. I thought for sure they would mess it up, but they didn't. They did what I wanted in a timely manner. I also noticed they tightened all the wheel nuts with a torque wrench. Nice touch guys! Very professional. Thank you all for a job well done. read more

I rolled in to Route 10 tire in Granby today after my wife shredded a tire by continuing to drive on a flat. Rolled out 45 minutes later with 2 new tires and an alignment at a very fair price. The people there were great. No upsell or any of the other nonsense I've experienced at that big chain tire place. Highly recommended. read more

Made an appointment three days earlier. Had horrible wear on my front tire. Brought my CRV in. With winter just a couple of months away, I knew my other tires were not up to the snow. Had all four tires replaced & a wheel alignment while I waited. I knew I had good service & tires for a reasonable price. I would go back again. read more

I agree with most posts saying this was (past tense) the place for tires. I went there twice. 1st visit, the experience was great. I had emailed tire spec's, got a good price, installed fast. Great service. 2nd visit, started same, and was happy w/first service so I brought a box of Dunk's Munchkins for all in the shop to show my appreciation. Arrived and found out Roger ordered the wrong tire. "No problem" I said to him, we all make mistakes. We moved to discuss logistics of getting the tires I ordered: After he order them, Roger brought up pricing on the correct tires. He provided conflicting pricing information comparing to what he ordered by mistake, which I asked him to explain. That's when I found out Roger does not handle being asked questions very well. He completely lost his temper and began yelling saying " what do you want me to give you the tires for free!?" Roger was Completely Disrespectful, and Extremely Unprofessional. I had only asked for him to explain where he came up with the value that he provided. A reasonable question for a customer to ask when about to make a $1,400. + purchase. Lesson learned. Roger is not mature enough to handle being questioned. It will be fine if you don't ask questions and just give him your money. I took my quote elsewhere and got a better price for having his quote. Thanks Roger. I hope your employees enjoyed their Dunks'. They offer great service, but I will not return. read more

I am very happy with Route 10 Tire. I have bought tires from them for 3 different vehicles in the last 6 months and when I price compared they had the best price but I was nervous if they would stand behind their work. Well today I had a flat on my SRT Challenger and dropped it off and they repaired the flat and let me know it had a nail in the tire and it was no charge. I am very happy and blown away that they didn't charge me and took great care of my car. Thank you Route 10 Tire!!! I will be a loyal customer for a long long time. read more

Requested a quote online and received an email the next day with an "out the door" price. I setup an appointment to replace all 4 tires. They did an amazing job, quickly and professionally and when I paid, the price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend using RT 10 Tire for your tire needs. Skip the discount tire shops and get the job done right the first time with no worries. read more

After having a less than professional conversation on the phone, I continued with scheduling an appointment as I have used them many times in the past. I arrived for my appointment and 40 minutes later with no communication and my car not being taken back to be worked on. I decided to leave. They are not the same small town business they used to be. Very disappointed and you lost a 20 year customer. read more

I'm appalled at the man who answered the phone in 4/5/2023. I called because I needed two new tires and he was extremely rude to me and wasn't willing to help me. He told me that he had no more time to talk about my situation and hung up on me. I'm not sure who this man is but he's probably the same person in all of the other negative Google reviews; if he's the owner shame on him. If not, this man should be let go. I'm sure route 10 tire has lost a lot of business because of him. I will definitely never use them again. read more

After a couple of friends recommended Route 10 Tire, I stopped in and spoke with Roger about a set of new tires. He gave me an excellent price that no one could match and the job was done quickly and efficiently! He also told me about a great rebate from Michelin and provided helpful paperwork. I highly recommend this local business! read more

The kindest, most trustworthy and efficient business in town. Was in and out in minutes for an appointment I made just a few hours before with a fixed tire and a safe car. I'd never consider buying tires anywhere else. read more

10/10 recommend Route 10 Tire for all your tire needs. Made an appointment; they have a lot of convenient times available. I arrived at the scheduled time and my vehicle was brought back promptly. I was told it should take an hour or so, and it was exactly that, even though the parking lot had lots of cars. Tires look great, vehicle drives so smooth, feels brand new. The new building is amazing and they even have a little kid area with a tv and a table! (& Disney plus) Super impressed with Roger and his staff. Will be returning for all future tire needs! read more

I stopped by because my low tire light was on and I'd just added air, so I knew I had a slow leak. They took me right in, and service was very fast. But what I couldn't believe is that they refused to charge me for patching my tire! I'll be sure to come here next time we need tires. That's amazing! Updated - I didn't give 5 stars because there was a small nail in the tire and the leak wasn't fully fixed. Still wonderful service & great team! read more

Just a great place to get your tires. No frills, honest and good recommendations, great service and great value compared to the chains. None of the gimmicks and extras. Even made sure I had the correct info for a manufacturer rebate. read more

I'm a returning customer, and bought a set of tires for my vintage Toyota. Price was right, service was quick. Employees were neat. They performed an alignment also, and cured a minor steering issue. I'll be back again. read more

Extremely responsive, professional, fast moving, and kind. I will be getting all of my tire work done here in the future. If you are in the surrounding area, choose route 10 tire! read more

Same story as Carl V, had a screw in my tire and a slow leak. Took it in and after about 15 minutes I was told that they had plugged it, it was all set and keys were in it. I asked what I owed and was told "no charge" The funny part is I had read Carl's review before and thought to myself, "I won't be so lucky" but I was! I will also say that while I was waiting that two other customers ahead of me were taken care of for different things and I could see that both were thrilled at the service they received. I told someone after that I felt like I was in the twilight zone! Sad but true, you don't see great customer service like this much anymore. I will definitely be returning when I need tires or any service that Route 10 performs. No more Tire chain stores for me, not as long as Route 10 Tire is around! Thanks! read more

This is the place to go for any tire work you might need. Roger runs a great shop and he gives solid advice on what you need. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for a tire problem a few months ago and I won't make that mistake again. Thank you Roger! read more

Always rotates tires and fixes flats no charge! He can get any tire your heart desires at a reasonable price.

I have been traveling from Avon to Rt. 10 Tire for several years. Never disappointed. Just came from there with my just-purchased used car which came from the dealer with new tires, one of which had a leak. Roger took care of that and installed new lug nuts which I supplied in under 20 minutes. He would not take any money for that service even though I did not buy the tires from him. So nice. I would not consider going anywhere else for tires. read more

Route 10 tire beats the big tire companies and you get the straight facts from the owner. The first time I met Roger, I could see he was customer focused. We discussed the pros and cons of each tire based on my driving. The man knows his products. Plus if you ever have a problem, there is no excuses. Roger wants satisfied customer. My family has purchased at least (4) sets of tires from Route 10. read more

Had 4 tires put on my RAV 4 and was more than pleased. Total job took under an hour. By the time I got the Roku tv working the job was done. :) Price was better than that "Big tire chain", even though they would have matched Rt 10's price.... I don't play that game. I've gotten tires from Rt 10 before and had a great experience then as well. Recommended..... read more

Another rescue by a great place. I won't go anywhere else for tires. The best service by far!

I have bought tires from route 10 tires for ten years . There price and service is unbeatable! Town fair tire not so much.

Showed up on a Monday morning with a flat tire. Not only did they get me back on the road in an hour, they explained how they repaired it and didn't even charge me! Best way to start what could've been a miserable week. Today was my first visit but won't be my last, I plan to use them for all my tire needs after today! Thanks! read more

Had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in the tire. Less than 10 minutes after I brought the car in to the shop they had the tire fixed and I was on my way. That isn't the end of the story. They told me no charge keys are in the car and have a nice day. You just don't get better customer service than this. I wish I could give Rt. 10 tire more than five stars! read more

These folks are great. I had the same experience that Tom D. & Carl V. reported. I picked up a large nail in my tire while I was driving in Granby. I am not from the area, but Google sent me toward Route 10 tire. I was expecting to replace the tire, but they wanted to look at it first. It took about 20 minutes and they pulled by car around out front, told me that all it needed was a plug, handed me the keys and said have a good day. I asked about the bill and was told that it was no charge. Service like this is hard to find and I will return for any future tire purchases. read more

I've used these guys a few times. Always competitive on price. Helped me out in a pinch a few weeks ago. Great customer service !

Well it is not the most aesthetically pleasing building. . But it doesn't have to be! Their service is excellent. They fixed my flat tire for free. All of the employees were very friendly. Highly recommend read more

I had to have all four tires replaced on my SUV. The got me in and installed the tires next day. I left my car there and later picked it up was a bit supprised that my tires where blue but realized that they just needed to be washed and after a little scrubbing they look amazing. These guys got me in quick and gave me a good price on some high quality tires. Will definitely use them in the future read more
