Machines work as expected, great wash, great dryers with plenty of space to work with, roller carts and tables to set up on. The prices don't seem to be much of an issue and (coming from someone who doesn't have the responsibility) seems like a great place to occupy a family if the need comes to it. My only complaint is the parking but that's not on the owners behalf. Parts of Smithtown seems to be hobbled together anyways. If you have a bigger vehicle I'd suggest going down the hill and turning around in the Stop n Shop parking lot and go into the middle median to drive into the back.

For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. The dress was ready the evening before the wedding so there was no time to go back and get it fixed, my aunt had to sew the 2 straps together to make it mimic the look of a criss cross instead. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. Once again I would like to reiterate that they REFUSED to refund my money for this, so I will be filing a chargeback with my bank on Monday.

I found Aida's on a whim and went in immediately in the morning as they open at 7 am. I noted the stains on my coat and they paid special attention to them. They have super fast service and got my coat done in 2 days for under $20! I was thrilled I could spend the rest of my work trip wearing my nice coat. The staff here is also so friendly and extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for over 20 years! I also recommended this place to my friend recently during COVID and she let me know they also do delivery and pickup which is really nice especially during this pandemic where it's not really safe to go outside. I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

There are plenty of machines and even on a Saturday late morning had plenty open. Coin-op only but there are change machines for $1-20 bills, and a bill breaker. You can also purchase detergent but I had brought my own. Washers range from $3.75 for a small, $6 for a medium, and then maybe $8 or $9 for a large washer. Dryers are . $.25 for 8 minutes for the non-heavy duty. Lots of parking, places to sit, but also seemed like people were comfortable leaving their items and coming back.
