I had a build-your-own burger that was awesome, and we also had the Rachel, which was fantastic. Drinks were equally strong: beer, cider, and a margarita flight that was a lot of fun. The stout was especially memorable because it reminded me of Lion Stout, which I have not seen in years. That alone gives me a reason to come back. Sad, hard, dry fries that tasted and felt like they had been sitting out for hours. Truly disappointing. We tried samples of a black IPA and rye IPA. Both were good, but we went with the rye for a pint. Nice and hoppy with just a little sharpness, good body. Had a bit of a drive in front of us, so we got a crowler of the black to go. Interesting beer selection, with two strong Scottish ales and many IPA variants. Plus alcoholic fruit slushees if that's your thing. We're mulling a run to Jackson purposefully to sample more of their offerings.
