Ive heard good things about this place. But my experience with Wayne Sihata the other day was a…read morenightmare. Unprofessional POS who basically scammed us for $85. We got a flat tire heading into Hope at 6am. Called BCAA and they said they would get back to us. Called them again at 8am and they said it could take 4-6hrs to get a truck to tow us out to Chilliwack. Decided to see what other options were available. We had to be back in Delta by 10:30am. and was put in contact with Wayne Sihata from Jamie Davis Towing. At 8:35am we got off the phone. Not once was price or anything discussed, was told he would drive down and we can talk about what i wanted to do. I did tell him over the phone that BCAA was called but they said their may be a 4-6 hr wait, but we couldnt wait that long as we had to he somewhere for 10:30am. So he said he'd be over in 5 mins to talk about what i wanted to do. Our luck BCAA's tow truck driver showed up at 8:50am while waiting for Wayne to show up. ​Wayne showed up at 8:53am just minutes after BCAA showed up and was putting the car on the bed. Instantly started yelling and cursing at us for not calling and cancelling him when he wasnt even "booked" and over the phone he said was going to come by to "talk about what i wanted to do". Proceeded to call the other tow truck driver over and infront my my child told the other tow truck driver that "i was trying to fucking play them both" and started telling me he "should of let you go to fucking Mr. Lube to get ripped the fuck off". He then demanded we give him $85 because he "had to get out of bed for this shit". We gave him the $85 for him to leave. He just sat there in his truck swearing at us infront of my child and kept calling the other tow truck driver (who was a saint) over and trying to get him to leave us there. Wayne sat in his truck swearing at us the whole time our car was being pulled onto the other trucks bed and up until we got into the tow truck and left. Before using Jamie Davis Towing. Ask who the driver is first. If its Wayna Sihata, ask for somebody else.

So all damage was our tailgate is bend outv5 inches and won't close, our bumper is ripped off,all our hookup for a trailer were damaged and ripped out, the ladder , which is a must for our job, is screwed and can not be used now, so out or pocket $600 foe a new ladder until an ICBC claim is finished. These jerseys weren't even going ro tell us. The one guy says Oh we had to take your ladder off cause we parked it in a bay..... No, you didn't have to take it off. Cause you parked it into a Bay. You had to remove it cause you ran into the f****** roof of the Bay.! Come one and no one qas gonna say shit if we didn't catch it. Ignorant And I'm told there's no one here to talk to you. You have to wait till Monday to call the manager. Just call ICBC and make a claim. That's it no other help or an apology or anything, just hoping we walked away and didn't see I took a million pics at the shop and again for ICBC so time for them to pay for what they did to my truck! If I could give Zero stars I would! No customer service help when they damage a vehicle that doesn't belong to them!

I was leaving Hope with my two children on a Sunday night when my engine light came on, and black smoke came out of the exhaust. I pulled over and to be safe, had the car towed to Car Guys while we stayed in a local motel. Car Guys checked the car thoroughly, made a number of recommendations which they detailed for me on the invoice, but offered to fix just enough to get our car safely back on the road. All done by early afternoon. They were friendly, honest and fast, and I am very grateful.

Although they were very busy, they squeezed in a unscheduled appointment. They correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and billed us a very reasonable rate. No taking advantage of the situation, just plain great service. In fact, I calculated that I saved $150 over what the OEM would have charged! They got us back on the road and we made it to our destination in time to relax and watch the sun set on the lake. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Not every trip to gardner is a perfect experience, but they are still there dealer of choice for…read morerepairs on GM products. The woman in parts is incredible, helpful and accurate. The cashier (3rd generation in hope), goes above and be young. we arrived for a service appointment (early in the morning), the service person had step out, soo she came over and took our keys (suver we had an appointment & service knew what needed to be done). Later she helped us with some other issues. The guys in service are sometimes a little fussy, but the mechanics do a good job.
