I would not trust them with anything that you can't wash at home after. I'm afraid of what might happen if they attempt to fix it. I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

I called the other place and they recommended I go here (they had left on vacation for 2 weeks). I dropped off the dress lady sewed the dress and I asked for it to be steamed. The process was painless and quick. I appreciated her quick turn around since the wedding was the next day. I will def go back and hope to do get something's altered in the future. She only accepts cash and or check for forms of payment - no debits or Ccs.

Michelle was on vacation for the next two weeks and I needed to find another seamstress. She sent me to someone who was great who was able to fix the centerand was able to steam the dress at the same time. Spent way more than anticipated but I appreciate it her customer service although I am a little upset that this was not the result that I wanted because the dress ended up breaking so I did not end wearing, I would still give her another chance, and hope that this was a fluke. I spent 70$ to get it altered (it was still big), and the bottom was not straight. And then, I spent $20 to get it steamed at the other cleaners.

It took about 3 weeks and i picked it up the day before the wedding. So when wedding day came, i noticed it looked like there was no adjustments made on her dress. More than an inch of extra material and to me, it looked the same as when i brought it in. Again, had no choice so she wore it. But i spent over $300 in services and it was a bit underwhelming. I do want to add that my dress was done excellent and even if it was "difficult to deal with", it was very well hemmed.
