They always say hello when I come in, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them. You can tell how hard they work and how much they care about their customers. The machines are fairly new, everything is clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of different sizes. I recently washed a huge mattress topper in the triple loader and dried it in the extra-large dryer, and it worked perfectly. They also offer wash-and-fold service. I don't personally use that service, but I've watched them doing it, and they are incredibly careful with people's clothes. You can really see the pride and care they put into their work. I also feel very safe here. The owners are around a lot, there are cameras, and it's on a nice block. And while you're waiting for your laundry, you can grab pizza, a burger, or some vegan food right next door. I really do love this place. And when I went to pick it up, I noticed the tag was sewn in such a way that it bunched together the back fabric of the coat. I pointed it out and they rushed to redo it in 30 minutes, but I was not at all impressed with the quality. Within a week, the buttons were falling off again and the tag came undone. These photos were taken one week after the service. Super disappointing - and this service cost quite a bit and took a week for some reason. She wasn't dirty or having any odor. I got her back home and took her from the plastic bag and she has a pungent odor that strangely resembles Indian spices. It makes no sense but it's so strong, I can't even wear it out. I don't know what happened but I'm definitely never going back. I've never encountered this before in my life. I would not trust them with anything that you can't wash at home after. I'm afraid of what might happen if they attempt to fix it. Do I go back or just take it to another cleaner who won't turn my coat into a spicy mess?

When I arrived, I was enthusiastically greeted and the seamstress helped me do all my measurements so that I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The next morning I got called that my alteration was done. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend this place as I personally used it and I'm now going to be bringing all my dry cleaning and future alteration needs here.

I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

I called the other place and they recommended I go here (they had left on vacation for 2 weeks). I dropped off the dress lady sewed the dress and I asked for it to be steamed. The process was painless and quick. I appreciated her quick turn around since the wedding was the next day. I will def go back and hope to do get something's altered in the future. She only accepts cash and or check for forms of payment - no debits or Ccs.

She sent me to someone who was great who was able to fix the centerand was able to steam the dress at the same time. Spent way more than anticipated but I appreciate it her customer service although I am a little upset that this was not the result that I wanted because the dress ended up breaking so I did not end wearing, I would still give her another chance, and hope that this was a fluke. I spent 70$ to get it altered (it was still big), and the bottom was not straight. And then, I spent $20 to get it steamed at the other cleaners.
