I've really never seen a tow truck driver be so polite and caring about my car like Laz, this guy really loves his job. I broke down on the Florida's Turnpike searched on my cell phone and Tow Express was the closest to my location. I was told they would be 30 minutes but the towing company showed up before. Since they showed up I knew I was going to get an excelent service, he was very nice,very polite introducing himself and explaining all procedures to bring my car back home in Miami. He did everything he told me he was going to do and got my car in the drive way of my home. I am pleased to say how great Samantha with Luna auto was in handling my vehicle transport from Miami,Florida to Chicago. I was able to contact the customer support on any questions I had while my vehicle was in transit. The Driver (WTK freight) who had transported my car delivered the car directly to my door. What an experience with this towing company! At first I was afraid to call a towing company due to the coronavirus pandemic. But the tow truck driver was equipped with disinfecting spray, wipes and hand sanitizing gel. He also wore his mask at all times.
