We met up with our tour guide, Grace, outside of the Trinity College main gated entrance. Overall I enjoyed the tour we had. Grace was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of history of the sights we stopped at: first on the grounds of Trinity College, then through the nearby neighborhood, including Old Parliament and Temple Bar. She also took us to an area close to Temple Bar to discuss Viking settlements, which was neat! It was difficult to hear her for a good amount of the time due to the volume of traffic and the fact our group was on the larger side. I wish that the company might consider this and either make adjustments to group size, look into a portable voice amplifier, or simply have the guide speak in an "outdoor voice." Unfortunately I did not know the area and parked by timed metered parking, so we had to depart the tour early since my meter was expiring! (Oops.) I would recommend the tour, but suggest that you ensure you cozy right up to the tour guide so you don't miss out on any information!

This was by far my favorite activity in the week we spent in Dublin! It really gave a sense of…read morecontinuity between the Dublin featured in the novels and memoirs of the city's literary giants -- of which there are many -- and the Dublin of modern day. I realized that in Dublin, history isn't something you go places to see; you're swimming in it, everywhere you look. Our fearless leaders were brilliant -- gave power and poise and poignancy to the scenes they enacted (some of which were hysterically funny), and still managed to socialize with the group, and even engage us in a historical quiz at the end with prizes! (Seriously obscure questions, with interesting answers, too.) Plus, all the wonderful pubs, with the history that unfolded there... Pacing was great. We had supper at the Duke, which does a mean Irish stew, then broke up our walk with tipples at the various featured establishments, ending at possibly my favorite pub, Davy Byrne's. Glorious Art Deco, featured prominently in Ulysses, and showcasing an original first printing of the book itself!

Working together with the group in the months before was easy and the tour guys were very accommodating. This was a terrific way to spend a first night in Dublin. We all loved the short acts and history lessons. Highly recommended. As an added bonus, one of the actors was playing after the tour at Temple Bar so a group went there to watch. Epic night!

The cliffs were very very busy so not enough time to do it all and eat and go to the toilet. We walked half and opted to eat. The bathroom lines are very long, no fault of the tour. Our guide and driver were professional and mostly kind. We learned a lot about Irish history from Aaron and felt safe being driven by Stipe. I would have liked to know more about some of the specific things/places we saw as we saw them while driving in the country (I.e. ruins, stone walls, interesting mountains, the beaches, or the little walls) but in return learned so much about Ireland and its rich history. Aron and Stipe were a very well rounded pair. Thank you!

Michael somehow got us everywhere in record time without it ever feeling rushed, which meant we had more time at each stop. On a 12-hour day, that matters. Huge credit to him for making the logistics feel effortless. Aaron was the real glue of the experience. He actually knew what he was talking about and didn't just recite facts -- he added personality, humor, and context that made everything stick. When you're spending that long together on a bus, the vibe is everything, and he nailed it. We lucked out with amazing weather at the Cliffs -- cold, but crystal clear visibility. We hit both viewing areas (even with restoration work going on), and it still felt expansive and worth every second. Pictures don't do it justice. Galway was a blast. We had about two hours in the city center, which was enough to explore, grab food, and soak up the energy -- though honestly, I could've stayed all day. The recommendations we got were spot on. The pacing was great, the bus was as comfortable as it realistically can be for a full-day tour, and it never felt chaotic or disorganized. I would 100% recommend this to first-time visitors to Ireland and honestly even to people coming back who want a seamless, well-run way to see the west coast without thinking about logistics. Michael and Aaron -- absolute pros.

He sang a song or 2 along the way but he couldn't answer any of the questions asked and barely spoke. He dropped us at stops going in blindly. He was an older gentleman, so I understand the low energy but perhaps time to hang up his hat. As first timers to Ireland, I chose the Dark Hedges/Giants Causeway/Belfast tour because I was infatuated by photos of the Dark Hedges I saw online. I had no idea it looked NOTHING like it. It was really a waste of a stop. Giants Causeway was nice.. great photo op. It's a long walk downhill, then back up. Luckily, there was a bus that operates both ways for £1 (tap cards accepted ). We heard there was opihi in Belfast and found some along the way (we're from Hawaii). Super windy that day so we were getting flown all over the rocks. Only stop on the tour that was worth it. Next stop, Belfast City Centre. The tour guy dropped us off near City Hall with absolutely no direction. He told us about a mall nearby, but that's it. Anything worth seeing was already closed. I really wished he would've gave us more recommendations about what to do, where to eat, or anything worth seeing in the short amount of time we had there. After walking around City Hall, we walked to the mall to use the bathroom, stopped at a souvenir shop, then headed back. Total waste of time, again. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Sadiy, I purchased the tickets for this tour after the price had gone up about €10 from their 2025 prices. Tour was also supposed to end at 8pm but we got back by 7pm because he kept rushing us. Leaving early from stops. Felt rushed the whole time. I feel it was a total waste of money that could've been used elsewhere.
